Only a minute’s walk to the seafront, Esplanade, with mile long beach. The pretty Axe Harbour is an easy 10 minute level walk. Accommodation: First floor apartment.
Completely renovated, refurbished and attractively furnished to a superb excellent standard with quality fixtures and fittings.

Access to the apartment is from the front of the building, ‘The Counting House’ into communal hall with intercom system.

These beautiful apartments are located in the Square with local shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, and two supermarkets all to hand. Only a minute’s walk to the seafront, Esplanade, with mile long beach. The pretty Axe Harbour is an easy 10 minute level walk away and the golf course a little further.
Just a short walk to the South West Coast Path, in one direction to the picturesque fishing village of Beer, a little further to Branscombe and the opposite direction to Lyme Regis with famous Cobb and excellent selection of specialist shops.
A little further onto Charmouth with the Heritage Coast Centre offering fossil hunting walks, rock pool rambles and special marine events. The small thriving market town of Axminster, famous for the Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall ‘River Cottage Kitchen and Deli’, shops and weekly street market is a 15 minute drive.

Lovely!
Very much enjoyed our stay at The Counting House in Seaton. It's situated in such a convenient place, within easy walking distance to both shops and sea, and with wonderful views. Everything was clean and comfortable. We may be back!

Seaton break
The property was just as described. Excellent location and although no parking on site, easy to unload cases etc as you can pull up right outside the front door for a short while. Easy to park in the local car park/s. We used the Orchard Rd car park within a couple of mins walk. And of course free parking with the token provided. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped with all kitchen utensils etc. The bathroom, especially the shower were great. We had a small issue in that there were not enough towels provided, but this was immediately dealt with by the owner following a phone call. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and would thoroughly recommend a stay.
