Villa Playera

Beach Villa is the perfect house to spend your holidays with family or friends. It is located in Puerto de Alcudia, 150 metres from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca. Alcudia beach is well known for its white sand and its length, you will be able to take long walks at sunset or go jogging early in the morning. Muro Beach is just 3 km away.

The house has 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms with double beds and the other bedroom with two single beds (bunk bed), two bathrooms, one of them en suite, a toilet, air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, barbecue, private pool, private parking...

The house is located in an area where you can find everything you need such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets... It has all the services so you do not have to move, you can walk everywhere.

Home for the 312

The property was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The girls enjoyed the plunge pool and we all loved that the beach shops and restaurants were only minutes away. The property is set back on a main road which for some may be off-putting. The start of the 312 was a mile up the road which was perfect and it comes past the house at the beginning of the race. The communication, conduct, and co-operation of the agents for the property were impeccable.

Great beach townhouse

Great townhouse, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for family of 6. (5 adults 1 child). We were glad to have Air conditioning during our stay as it was the heatwave period. Pool was ideal for keeping cool. Property was clean. Beach 2 mins walk away. Proper supermarket was 10 minutes walk away. Local restaurants and bars between 9 and 15 minute walk. Ideal location. We had a couple of initial queries on arrival which the property manager responded to really promptly. Would definately stay again if we were to visit alcudia again.

This place is an absolute SCAM - DO NOT STAY HERE

This place is legit a scam, worst location on a busy road, the property manager request 200€ in CASH upon arrival (illegal when booking through VRBO/STAYZ btw) -- they don't show up at check in and let you in the property for 24 hours before asking for said cash, they only ask for it when showing up and refused to take a card imprint (like any legit place) the property manager was very rude and so unprofessional. Even before arrival everything was unclear, from the address to the code to open de key box. I received 3 different codes before getting the right one. Everything they do is illegal, they entered the property without notice twice, including on the last day before the checkout time, the cleaning team also showed up at 9:40am on sunday morning (again before checkout time and with not notice). This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. I'll make sure to post this horrendous review to every single platform you are on. cleanliness is lacking. DO NOT STAY HERE. Avoid any of their properties

Good afternoon, I wanted to answer your comment, at no time have we wanted to scam anyone, we ask you for the deposit in cash since these were the conditions you had in your reservation, we entered the property 2 times because the cleaning company had organized to clean the house at 10:00 a.m. since this is the check-out time that we have in all our properties and you wanted to leave at 11:00 a.m., we have never had any problem with this property, in view of the comments that we have on different websites, having repeaters every year, I'm sorry you had a bad experience, we are always willing to improve.

Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Das Haus ist gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen und man ist in zwei Gehminuten am Strand - Top. Leider liegt das Haus an einer viel befahrenen Straße.

De luxe van het zwembad en de zee om de hoek, het is groot genoeg om je jezelf terug te trekken en airco was zeer fijn.
