Villa Rojuan is a detached private villa with its own driveway . Electric gate and off street parking. It has a large open lounge with Smart TV and a large dining area for 8 guests. Air conditioning. Good size new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob and oven and all amenities . 3 Bedrooms with 2 bathrooms , extra sofa bed. new plumbing and new floor tiles throughout .Hot water all year from Solar power .
Large veranda and outside dining area. Large private swimming pool with step access. Solar pool shower ,Pool towels and pool beds provided. A rear BBQ area and additional pool eating area. Separate lower garden with clothes drying area. A large roof terrace with sea views and a small front garden. The Villa has a new kitchen and new bathrooms. The Villa has good wheel chair access all on one level . Good local shop and restaurants only a few minutes walk.
The Beaches and local towns with bars, restaurants and shops are a few minutes drive. Bikes and golf clubs available for guests use .

The Villa is in a Village called Sesmarias. which is in between the fishing villages of Carvoero and Ferragudo.
Its in quiet and peacfull yet not too far from the the beaches or local towns, resataurants, bars and shops. Its very close to the golf courses Gramacho and Pinta and not far from Potamao or the slide and Splash water park

What makes this property unique

The big benefit is the pool area and porch.
We usually eat outside on a large table on the porch. Sometimes by the BBq area. We also love to go up onto the large roof porch in the evenings as you can see the sea.
The large interior living room and dinning area is open plan and is air conditioned.. The villa has off steet private drive for two cars.
