Was a cute unit, on the smaller side if you had more than 2-3 people. Air conditioning worked great, I used it mostly for drowning out noise. Was a bit of louder location. but should be expected given you are in the theatre district. Restaurants are in abundance and so many great options. Shops were all over. Great location to walk just about everywhere. We walked to Buckingham palace and more.

Good location for family getaway

This was a good location for our family getaway to London. Very convenient to tube, theater, and all attractions. The entrance was a little tricky to navigate but ok for 3 adults. The restaurant patrons and the upstairs tenants were a little rowdy on the weekend nights. The checkin and checkout process were very easy with great communication and instructions!! We had an overall good experience!

Great Location! Just in the middle of London downtown. Walkable distance to the British Museum and the National Gallery. Close to underground stations and most theaters. Next to Chinatown and there are many food options around that area. Expect to have a bit noise at the night time as it is in downtown.

Perfect Location and lovely hosts

Can’t beat the Covent Garden location when visiting London. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and train stops. The apartment was a little small for our family of 5 consisting of 3 adults and 2 teens, but Sanja and Atanasko were so lovely and accommodating. They had another apartment open on the floor above us and we booked that as well and were able to spread out and enjoy our Christmas holiday! Many thanks

Small but has everything you need. We were three people and I would not recommend more than 4 people for Thai unit. It is right in the middle of all the action and short walking distance to multiple theaters and on the same block as The restaurant IVY a theatre district icon I would recommend this for anyone looking to stay in this area

Fantastic location

Excellent communication, loved the location! It is very cozy, but we primarily used the space to sleep and make a few meals. The Ivy is in the same block, Dishoom a block away, Seven Dials is very charming and is a five minute walk, theatres are all around, China town is a block or two away, Trafalger Square, 10-15 min walk. Sainsbury Local is practically across the street for grocery items. Property decorating is tired, not a ton of natural lighting, but everything was freshly cleaned. All the basics were there and working well: oven, microwave, cooktop, kettle, pod coffee maker, cookware. Responses were within a minute or two every question we had, which was fantastic.

A true gem with the best hosts!

AMAZING STAY! This is a beautiful little appartment where no space is wasted. Our hosts were incredibly forthcoming and helpful with the check-in process and all the little extras (always available, quick replies, helpful and kind). This place has everything needed to cook meals (once you are tired of eating out), has a washer/dryer and the separatebeds kn the rokms is a clever set up. Fabulous location, right by a Sainsbury, close to the tube and in the heart of theater and restaurants. Great place to stay to explore this beautiful city. The stylish flat offered water bottles, drinks and exquisite coffee/tea pods and spices at our disposal. We cannot put out into words how amazing our stay was while in London thanks to the hosts and their home. We are ABSOLUTELY staying here again! Our new home away from home! Thank you again

The high point is the location - central to everything with just steps to Chinatown and Covent Garden area. It’s convenient with many bus lines and taxis around, making it easy to see main London attractions. However, I was deeply disappointed in how run down the place was and far from being a “luxury” flat as described in the description. I imagine it likening to Peter Parker’s New York apartment in Spider Man 3 - sticky doors, slanted floors, derelict stairs, rough paint job, renovated in the style of “landlord’s special.” I don’t recommend small children or anyone with mobility issues to stay. The tub is extremely dangerous as it requires you to step out of an unusually tall tub to the floor that is down a step BELOW your originating step. Also, the bunk bed steps would not be appropriate for anyone younger than 10 years old as the rungs are far apart. On top of that, just because it’s so old, the floors are uneven, and even the flight of stairs outside is unleveled; I felt like I was in a fun house. We are counting our lucky stars that no one fell and got hurt as we were traveling with an elderly and small children. We voiced our concerns and the host was very apologetic but alas no cancellations. Well, we stuck with it - but we won’t choose this accommodation again.

Excellent Location-Great Host

This flat is in the heart of all the action and centrally located for ease of getting to sites by walking or tube. If you like Middle Eastern food you are in further luck bc the flat is above a very lively hookah bar with live music almost nightly and they deliver to the flat! The space is a little tight but if you are just sleeping there then it may not matter. We like to cook but the flat is equipped with only the most basic utensils and a pot or two. We may be the minority on that and it is certainly fine for a cup of coffee in the mornings before heading out and sufficient for reheating anything. The Wi-Fi is extremely spotty. I was constantly dropped from my work zoom calls even after turning off my video. It was very frustrating. I thought the issue would only be at night when everyone in the building is on line (this happened throughout our stay) but these calls were in the middle of the day so not sure what was up. If you do not have to work and are not streaming much, you may be fine. Tass set us up with his friend who provided airport transfer at ungodly hours. He (Miki) was lovely and helped us with check in too. Expensive but worth not having the hassle of doing it ourselves. I love the covent garden/leister square area. If you are up for all the fun and activity that London has to offer—the UK city that never sleeps (bring your earplugs)—and you appreciate the responsiveness of a terrific host, then this is the flat for you. We had a blast.
