Awful check in

Host did not reply to our message for three hours. No response of the code for the check-in. Yet he gave other guests the code prior to check in, the only way we got in was due to the other guest checking out. . We could not get in for three hours and essentially wasted a night of our three Day holiday. The house was nice but not enough heat prevention. One fan in the top story room. Not the best experience I must say.

We re sorry to hear these incorrect complaints from young boys. We have been waiting for you since 4 pm (as per your arrival tine communication) up to six 15 pm. We ve tried to contact You/boyfriend several times. You did not even say one word about late arrival. When you arrived, at 6:55 pm another guest let you get into the residence. Furthermore you've promised to refund little damages occurred and you did not. We do not recommend, at all, these young unpolite and rude guests.

Opinión

The manager or owner have to invest on his property not just rent it to people to make money off it. The property is in a very bad shape. Especially bedrooms the sheets and bed are extremely old and uncomfortable, towels are old and ugly, walls are dirty, and even has electrical cables sticking out of the walls. I don’t like to criticize small businesses but sometimes it’s needed for owners to wake up and realize that businesses owners needs to give in order to receive. I will personally contact Vrbo to follow up on this issue especially about the heating situation because you can get very sick for sleeping in this colds bedrooms.😡

- der Vermieter ist sehr unverschämt und aufdringlich, hat um 04:30 Uhr mehrfach angerufen und wollte ständig wissen wo wir wann sind - im Nachhinein behauptet er, wir hätten Dinge kaputt gemacht, also macht am besten so wie wir Beweisfotos, wie ihr es hinterlasst! - der checkin war gut möglich, allerdings meinte er plötzlich dass es noch eine Gebühr kostet. - definitiv keine 70 qm und man hat ein Zimmer in einem Haus, nicht die gesamte Villa, das ist hier missverständlich geschrieben - er möchte plötzlich noch Geld, das ich schon bezahlt habe… Ich könnte noch so viel mehr schreiben, es war schrecklich. -

A chaque jour suffit sa peine....

Séjour à Rome bien pollué par les mauvaises surprises dans cet hébergement....le logement ne correspondait pas à ma demande malgré les questions posées au moment de la réservation... Alors que j'ai demandé 2 chambres, nous nous retrouvons dans une chambre pour 3 au 2eme étage de la maison où il règne une chaleur difficilement supportable...avec la jouissance non exclusive de la cuisine et du séjour au rez-de-chaussée. Toutes les portes, y compris celle des toilettes du rez-de-chaussée sont verrouillées...le jeune couple a dû dormir par terre dans le séjour... Comme nous restons 4 nuits, impossible d'envisager les autres dans ces conditions Le logeur nous a proposé de louer une autre chambre au 1er étage avec supplément bien sûr qu'il a fallu marchander et accepter... Je passe sur les échanges très limites par WhatsApp avec le logeur qui nous a noyés dans un flot de messages. Et tous les jours, un nouveau problème...comme la place de parking pour la voiture alors que c'était un de mes critères de choix ... pas très honnête tout ça.... Il y aurait encore beaucoup à dire... Bref très mauvaise surprise.... Je ne recommande évidemment pas cet hébergement... Je pense cependant qu'abritel devrait vérifier un minimum les logements qui sont proposés sur son site malgré les

Gentile Sabine. Se desidera avere a disposizione l intera Villa di 4 piani la prenotazione è possibile, ma ha il suo costo. La cucina e salone sono state a Voi assegnate in modo esclusivo. Peraltro avete soggiornato da soli nella struttura per i pochi giorni di soggiorno. La sua descrizione non corrisponde alla realtà. Riscontriamo purtroppo la mancanza di numerosi appliances nella ns. struttura , piccoli arredi e tanti asciugamani, dopo il suo soggiorno. Cordialità

Soggiorno eccellente

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni e siamo stati benissimo. La camera accogliente con bagno privato e terrazzo ci hanno regalato 4 giorni fantastici. La cucina non è allo stesso piano ma al piano di sotto è si raggiunge benissimo. Attrezzata ed efficiente. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole visi i parchi Magic Land e Cinecittà World. L'abitazione è a circa mezz'ora dai due e ci si arriva benissimo. Un ringraziamento particolare a Giorgio, il proprietario che è di una gentilezza e disponibilità fuori dal comune. Ottime anche le pulizie. Consigliatissimo.

CUIDADO CON ESTE ALOJAMIENTO

Primero de todo decir que al reservar el alojamiento puse 1 persona en lugar de dos,pues me equivoque. El propietario quiso cobrarme una persona mas fuera de Vrbo a pesar que le demostre que la reserva de una o dos personas tenian el mismo precio ya que hice el calculo y le envie las fotos. Luego me dice que hay un desperfecto pequeño en la ducha y quiere cobrarme 35€ por ello.No tengo nocion de haber estropeado nada. En el checking no hubo una revision de la casa. Por otra parte tened en cuenta que la habitacion esta dos plantas mas arriba de la cocina y que la sala de estar es compartida, cosa que no queda clara en la descripcion. Ademas en el anuncio dice que hay plaza de parking y luego he tenido que aparcar fuera. Nunca mas tratare con VRBO y me quedo con airbnb

Description non conforme

Il n'était pas mentionné que la location était une maison partagée. Selon l'éducation et le respect des autres hôtes, cela peut être un problème! Nous étions censés avoir un logement comprenant 1 cuisine, 2 chambres et 1 salon, 2 salles d'eau. La cuisine au sous-sol sans luminosité extérieure n'était pas celle qui figurait sur les photos de l'annonce. Il n'y avait pas de micro-ondes alors que c'était mentionné dans les équipements. Les placards et les casseroles n'étaient pas propres du tout. Nous y avons eu froid car il manquait une bande de fenêtre et avons dû gérer les branchements avec des radiateurs soufflants. Un cabinet de toilette était au rez-de-chaussée ainsi que le salon, une chambre au 1er, et une au 2ème. A chaque fois il faut fermer à clé derrière soi, ce n'est vraiment pas pratique. Le salon était partagé. Nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser, les autres hôtes le monopolisant. L'installation électrique est vétuste voire dangereuse. Le compteur a disjoncté 4 ou 5 fois. Nous avons dû faire des manipulations pour avoir de l'eau chaude pour chaque douche. Enfin, nous devions avoir accès à la machine à laver mais il nous a été expliqué que du fait des problèmes de compteur, ce devait être la femme de ménage qui devait s'en charger. Le propriétaire est en revanche très sympathique.

La villa è eccellente, dotata di 2 cucine, molto grandi, viene fornito un po di cibo e aqua al arrivo, la cucine è dotata di sughi pronti, pasta, caffe e moka, vengono forniti anche asciugamani vari Durante la nostra istanza anche se siamo rimasti principalmente per dormire la notte, non abbiamo riscontrato problemi maggiori, solo cose molto minori, il cibo fornito non sempre è recente, nel nostro caso il latte era scaduto, ma apparte quello nient'altro da commentare
