Small penthouse in a villa surrounded by greenery in Rome-Ciampino

For a special stay in Rome/Ciampino we offer you our comfortable mini penthouse: a real 45 m2 apartment in a delightful and quiet Residence where you can relax after visits to the city.
The attic occupies the entire second floor of the residence and is composed of an elegant and large room (up to three beds) as well as an adjacent study. The bathroom on the floor has a shower and the 16 square meter terrace has an umbrella and barbecue.
These large spaces are reserved exclusively for you and are located on the second floor of the Villa.
Even the large equipped kitchen, on the entrance floor of the Villa, will be reserved exclusively for you with the terrace.
Upon your request, an additional independent room may be made available on the first floor (if the number of adult guests is greater than 3).
The stairs between the various floors of the Villa are shared by the guests of the other apartment in the Residence on the first floor.
5 minutes from the airport and metro/train stations you will be in Rome center in less than 30/40 minutes!
Self check-in and self check-out allow arrival and departure at any time.
We will be available upon your arrival and departure from Ciampino and Fiumicino Airports to make your holiday stay in Rome pleasant, comfortable and fun. Tennis court in the Village and Golf Club 10 minutes away. Castelgandolfo Lake and Appia Antica Archeological park are few minutes distant.
