Cynibre - a house that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms
Perfectly placed for family beach holidays, this lovely holiday home is set in the small town of St Levan, just 1.5 miles from Porthcurno Beach and less than half a mile from the Minack Theatre. Prized for its snow-white sand and turquoise blue water, Porthcurno beach rests in a small cove sandwiched between grassy headlands. Large boulder formations which seem to spill from the surrounding cliffs into the sea add to its striking setting and the bay offers good conditions for both bodyboarding and swimming. Nestled within the surrounding countryside and just a couple of minutes’ drive from the beach, Cynibre is a luxury holiday home with a lovely interior and wonderful private garden and is exactly the kind of place guests will want to unwind after laid-back days spent down at the water or exploring the coastline.
Beautifully designed and laid out over two floors, the décor is cool and contemporary with three bedrooms and a family bathroom on the upper level. Downstairs the living room features modern furnishings that include two sofas and a flat screen TV, with a spacious, well-equipped kitchen / diner offering a range of appliances and cookware to make whisking up even the most decadent of meals a breeze. To the back of the house and with wonderful pastoral views, the sprawling garden is newly landscaped and is the perfect space for garden games or for alfresco dining and outdoor entertaining.
Lying approximately 2.5 miles from Lands End and less than 7 miles from the market and resort town of Penzance, St Levan and Porthcurno Bay are within easy reach of the area’s best coastal attractions and incredible scenery. The bay itself is made up of both Porthcurno Beach in its western corner and Pedn Vounder to the east. Both beaches can be walked to one from another when the tide is low, however it is highly advisable that visitors give careful consideration to the tide times as people may find themselves cut off with only a very steep climb up a cliff path to get back if they don't. Backing Porthcurno Beach, the iconic open-air Minack Theatre is an incredible place to visit for all the family, with its Grecian architecture and staggering 360 degree views over the bay. From May to September visitors will be able to enjoy a variety of plays and concerts being performed against its oceanscape backdrop as well as Logan Rock headland in the distance

Lovely house
Good location for exploring, we have visited this area for the past 12 years so knew that this would suit our needs. All you could need for a comfortable stay although some instructions on how to use the heating would be great as we were very hot! We loved every minute our our stay

Family visit to Penzance area- 4 adults, a toddler and a baby. We had 2 cars- one to park at the property and one at the car park at the end of the road. The home was clean, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. Loved the proximity to Porthcurno, Minack Theater, Sennen Cove, Penzance. Some great places to eat nearby too!

Super Property in Quiet Location
Cynibre is a wonderful 3 bedroom detached house situated in a quiet location. It was beautifully decorated/presented and the 2 main bedrooms were spacious with lots of storage. The house was tastefully furnished throughout.
The property is a short drive from The Minnack, Lands End and the fantastic beach at Porthcurno and Sennen.
There was parking for one car directly outside the house and a free car park approx 100 metres away, opposite the old church.

Nice cottage in a good location
A recently built, decorated and furnished property, Cynibre is a good choice to visit the surrounding area. There were one or two improvements which could be made to make it a truly luxurious accommodation: more outside comfortable seating - two sun loungers are not enough for 4 adults; a decent sized fridge to fit in with the lovely modern kitchen; a mirror in the en suite bathroom (shaving without a mirror is nigh on impossible); side tables in the sitting room, there is a coffee table in the middle, but not everyone can reach it from the very comfortable sofas; finally, instructions for controlling the heating - we had nice weather in the day, but it was cool in the evenings and we were unable to put the heating on.

Lovely house
House was lovely and really enjoyed our stay. A few niggles with the ensuite shower tray not emptying properly and the TV channels keep disappearing in the middle of watching a programme and a dressing table would have been welcome in the bedroom. As I say, just a few niggles that if rectified would have made it a perfect stay. We were made very welcome and asked what we would like included on the welcome tray so pleased to see wholemeal bread and real butter..a very nice touch. We enjoyed our stay and was perfect for getting to the Minack Theatre and visiting Senn Cove and St Just.
