It has the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay in a privileged location, located in the heart of Barcelona (two minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya and Ramblas)THE SPACE:Due to the adjacent situation of the rooms, the apartment is ideal for stays of families with children. It is also a good option for business travelers looking for a central location.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

Location of this property cannot be beat! We had a wonderful time exploring the city and within 4 min walk of 2 metro stations. Check-in was a breeze and everyone was super accommodating and friendly! Apartment is just as described - we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic location

Fantastic location, close to pretty much everything and next to Place Catalunya metro station. Very good ac from wall mounted units in all rooms. Small kitchen and sitting area, three bathrooms, most of the space is the bedrooms. Could really use some fitted sheets on the beds, they use flat sheets on top of the mattress that comes away every time you turn over.

Beautiful stay in Barcelona

Wonderful apartment, plenty of room for multiple adults. Three bedrooms, each able to sleep two people. One pull out couch with accessibility for two more. Excellent location very close to Las Ramblas and other interesting sites within the city. Metro station two blocks away. Multiple restaurants and Supermarkets for food in the area. Overall, excellent stay in Barcelona.

Excellent apartment in great location. Host met us at the door and explained how everything worked and had a colleague come and loosen up door knob next day. Reported broken oven and no lights above stove. Sent messages several times, but no response until day we left - so 5 days no oven no light.

Great location but not run well.

The location is fantastic in the city center close to La ramblas. The overall apartment is nice but the beds are a negative. There are two twin beds next to each other and it’s not a king bed. The head board is exposed plywood. The pillows are super thin and cheap. There are not enough pillows to double up. Also the towels are the thinnest cheapest things I have seen. It’s a nice place but run by a very cheap management company how priorities profit over all else. We also had a power failure to the whole unit and the management was not available to help right away. It took them 6 hours to respond.

Amazing Location. Large place. Needs some TLC

Our family of 6 stayed here and had a good time. Location is amazing. Right in the middle of everything. Old part of city with very old ally like streets and tons of shops and restaurants. The apartment was more than large enough. Beds were ok. I’m giving three stars because there are some easy things owner could do to make it more comfortable. One bathroom sink was clogged first day and wasn’t repaired. Another drained very slow. Shower in master bath is tough to use without making a mess. Not nearly enough towels. Pillows were small and very thin. Couch was in bad shape. A couple of other very minor things. I want to clear that the place is very livable, but i think some small investments by owners and it could be easy 5 stars.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Barcelone à pied. Les chambres sont spacieuses et toutes les commodités sont à notre disposition. Notre hôte Manu a été très rapide et efficace lors de nos communications.Quelques petits points: l'air climatisé est très bruyant dans certaines pièces, ce qui rendait le sommeil plus difficile. Les voisins aussi ont fait un gros party, dons très bruyant. C'est situé au dessus d'un vendeur de Cannabis, alors les odeurs sont fortes en continue. Malgré tout, j'y retournerais.
