The bedrooms have the apartment is double glazed throughout, and both bedrooms have fan-lights so the windows can be closed in the warm summer months to still provide some sound proofing from the busy Lakes Road.

The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer toaster and a microwave.
This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. (Plus a baby in an on-site travel cot).
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed, the second bedroom has twin single beds
All beds have new mattresses and bedding, and specialists contractors supply and launder hotel quality bedding on a rolling basis.
One bath and hand towels are supplied per person as well as kitchen towels & kitchen consumables.
There is a brand new (March 2022) family bathroom with shower over a large bath and toilet & sink both of which have vanity units.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm day of arrival and check-out day of no later than 11am day of departure.
Unfortunately the dedicated parking space cannot be used outside above times of occupancy as it is required by our changeover cleaning partners.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is dedicated reserved private parking place
- No pets are allowed due to stipulation of The Management Company NOT the Holiday-let Owner.
