Just returned from a fabulous family holiday in this excellent villa with stunning views of the bay. Great communication with the host before departure and during our holiday. Lock box key worked well and the villa was exactly as described. Villa exceptionally clean and had everything we needed, cooking utensils, some floats in the pool, ample fridge/freezer space and an outside BBQ. You may find yourself fighting over the master bedroom which comes with an amazing terrace!Yes you need a car but is an easy 10 min drive to the main Arenal beach. Would certainly recommend this villa!

Amazing property with wonderful views of Xàbia. Lovely spacious property, great pool and outdoor dining and seating. We stayed here as a family of 9 (from 8 to 80) and had the most amazing time. Jane was also extremely helpful and accommodating, and check in super easy. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful villa, spectacular views

We had a wonderful stay and Jane is an excellent host, responding so quickly to any questions. The Villa is both spacious and very well presented. The outdoor shaded terrace is a real bonus, with its comfy sofas and large dining table. It really was the perfect Villa and location for our family group aged 25-88.

This villa is superb. We’ve been to Javea a few times and this is the best place we’ve had (Cava and biscuits on arrival was lovely touch). The sea view is stunning looking all the way across to the port and comes into its own at night when all of the other villas have their lights on.We went as a party of 5 (2 kids and a Grandma) and all had our own room and bathroom. The villa was extremely clean and modern with 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 on the main house level (the same level as the pool) and pretty much every kitchen utensil you could need. The pool itself was fabulous and the kids had a great time (the steps down help and my 11 year old could stand up in the shallowest part). Obviously with such a great view, you’re going to be reasonably high up and the driveway is pretty steep so, as it said in the blurb, we just parked on the delightfully quiet road with no problem.Would really recommend this villa! It’s easy to get to, close to Javea (Moraira isn’t much farther) and felt luxurious!

Thank you so much for such a wonderful review — it really made our day to read this! We're thrilled you enjoyed the villa and that it lived up to expectations, especially as returning visitors to Javea. The cava and biscuits are a little touch we love to include, so we're so pleased it set the tone for your stay! It's great to hear the villa worked so well for your group, having space and privacy for everyone, including the little ones and Grandma, is exactly what we hope for. And you're right about that view at night — it's one of our favourite things about the villa too. Thank you for the kind words about the pool and the cleanliness — we work hard to make sure everything is just right for our guests. Your note about the driveway is really helpful for future guests too — parking on the road is genuinely easy and it's good to know it worked well for you. We hope to welcome you back to the villa again soon — you're always welcome!

Lovely villa

This is a lovely Villa with beautiful views with good access and plenty of parking. 5 very large bedrooms with the main en-suite massive. The pool is a good size with great depth. Plenty of outside space in and out of the sun. All the furniture was comfortable as was the beds. Contact with the owner was welcomed and assisted at all times. We had a lovely stay, thank you very much

Fab villa, great location

Superb villa in a great location. Mixed range of ages - 18 to 60. Chilled time at the villa but so easy to get into the heart of Javea. Cost us about €10 for a taxi to the Arenal. The villa is beautiful - looks out over the sea and has all the facilities you would need. The table tennis was an added bonus! We have stayed on a lot of villas in Javea and would definitely come back here. Thank you 😊

Lovely spacious property perched high above Javea with superb views and cooling breezes

We had a spectacular time here. When we cooked. We could eat out on the veranda right next to the pool, the kitchen and living areas were huge and inviting. Javier is a great town with lots to do. The TV was not switched on once! Jane was very communicative and helped us with our check-in. Would come here again without hesitation. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

What a lovely property. The Villa is very well equipped, with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. Our party of seven adults and two year old spent most of our time in the pool, ( which is quite deep), and relaxing under the Naya. The views from the Villa, to Jávea and out to sea,are outstanding. Janet, our host, was very quick to respond to our pre holiday enquiries. A quality travel cot and high chair were both made available for us which was a great help. There are some excellent restaurants within walking distance of the Villa. I particularly recommend Grand Cafe Flo for a relaxing meal, particularly if you have children in your party. We had a great time and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

A million dollar view!

Everything that we hoped for.... We weren't lucky with the construction going on below next to the villa, but this is a temporary problem. The scenic view from the villa was incredible and it was worth it to drive up to hills on those crazy twisted roads. It was a lot of fun and we enjoyed every minute there. Thank you! Thank you! And thank you!!!

Fantastic week in a perfect location

We loved this villa. It was spacious, modern, clean and equipped with everything we needed. We cook and bbq a lot and were very happy indeed. The views from the terraces were spectacular, better than the photos, and only a short hop down to beautiful Arenal beach and the many bars, shops and restaurants. Shout out to the Siesta guys for a fantastic kayak and snorkelling adventure...there is so much to do in the area, Javea has it all. Could not fault the villa. The air con was great (and it was a very hot week) and the pool was kept beautifully. The master suite was gorgeous...what a bathroom!) Thank you Jane for all your help (and the coffee!!). Will definitely return.

Hi, since your stay the pool has been completely renovated with brand new tiles, pump, filter etc. This includes a complete replacement of the naya tiles and surrounding pool. The building noise we could not help - sorry, and it was from a new villa that was being constructed nearby - this is now complete. Further to this, the kitchen has been completely remodelled with clean white granite and new windows overlooking the pool. Finally, the downstairs bathroom has been converted to a new bedroom with ensuite and a second new bathroom has been constructed downstairs.
