The villa sleeps 4 guests and is simply yet comfortably furnished for a couple or family with children. Inside comprises a lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 twin bedrooms and a full bathroom. The house is accessed via a small lane and has a private garden with a lawn and terraces bordered by high hedges, plum, pear, orange and lemon trees There is a private pool, a shaded veranda and dining terrace, as well as a covered outdoor kitchen area with a built-in barbecue. From the roof terrace, you can enjoy lovely views over the surrounding countryside and Tramuntana mountains. Can Xoti offers cosy accommodation in a peaceful, rural location yet within easy reach of the shops, restaurants and beaches.
