Three-room apartment of mq. 60 ground floor, newly renovated, consisting of a kitchen equipped with microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine; a double bedroom with adjoining bathroom with toilet and shower; a large living room with a double sofa bed with attached bathroom complete with shower. The apartment is also equipped with underfloor heating system, thermostat and 20 '' LCD TV in every room.
In the kitchen there is a small balcony which leads directly to the courtyard with tables, chairs, deckchairs and umbrellas and to the pool.
Bed linen, bathroom and kitchen included.

Perfect location to explore Siena and environment

We had a good time in Sant Andrea a Montecchio - exploring magnificent Siena and enjoying Serena‘s tips Montepulciano and Val d‘Orcia. For our teenage kids the pool was as perfect as the stretched olive grove for the dogs. Great to have an air con in the apartment!

Better than expected!

Host was very helpful as we arrived at the rental. I told her it shoukd be listed as a 'villa' instead of farmhouse, it looked so beautiful with the olive orchard, beautiful landscaping and relaxed atmosphere. The property was spotlessly clean, fully equipped and quiet. High recommend and we hope to rrturn someday. Thanks

Comfortable with beautiful scenery

We lov d staying here. In hind sight would have stayed here and taken train to Florence instead of staying in the city. Very relaxing!!

Estamos muy contentos de la estancia...muy cerca de Siena y bien conectada. La piscina perfecta..el apartamento grande y muy limpio...algo de ruido por las mañanas pero en general muy bien.
