Bournecoast are very excited to offer you this fabulous family bungalow which boasts a contemporary design and is ideal for your self catering holiday. The bungalow was renovated in 2020 and has been designed to assist wheelchair users with widened doors in the kitchen, lounge, twin bedroom, bathroom and front door (all 33 inches wide). The property is situated in an extremely sought-after location and is just around the corner from Tuckton High Street, where you will find local shops and restaurants. A short walk will take you down to the banks of the river Stour and the property is also within close proximity of Hengistbury Head. The property is ideally situated just a short drive from either the historic town of Christchurch or the bustling High Street of Southbourne. This bungalow offers an environment for a relaxing holiday in an idyllic location near the river and an easy walk away from the local sandy beaches.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
This property has a modern Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed and a second spacious bedroom with Twin Beds.

There is a modern and spacious lounge/diner which includes a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). There are French Doors leading off the lounge onto the patio area of the garden.

From the lounge there are also double doors which lead into the stylish, modern kitchen which is fitted with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - AMERICAN FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - L'OR BARISTA COFFEE MACHINE and a door leading to the rear garden.

The bungalow has a modern bathroom with a smaller bath, separate shower cubicle with non slip tray and a toilet. The property also has a separate toilet.

This bungalow benefits from an extensive garden with three different areas. From the French Doors it takes you to a large patio area which is ideal for al fresco dining. There are four steps that lead up to the second patio area and then the third area is a contemporary landscaped garden area.

The accommodation comes with off road parking on the drive for two cars.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. There is a hairdryer available for guests to use. EPC Grade - C. One fully house trained dog is accepted only. There is no washing machine in this property. GAS/ELECTRIC - INCLUDED.

THE LOCAL AREA:
In Tuckton you will find restaurants, takeaways and a variety of convenience stores. The Riverside Restaurant is a short walk from the property which is a lovely place to dine offering an impressive outlook over the River Stour. Just past the Riverside Restaurant is Wick Village which is on the southern bank of the River Stour just before it enters Christchurch Harbour. Wick River has many attractions including crazy golf, children's play park, tea room and a ferry which leads down to Christchurch Quay and Mudeford Beach. If you catch the ferry to Christchurch Quay you will find access through to the riverside walks, park, cafe, Boathouse Restaurant, bandstand, children's play area and an exciting water play park and paddling pool. On the Quay you can also take the opportunity to take the Vintage Ferry which runs regularly to Wick, Mudeford Sandbank and Hengistbury Head during the summer months (weather permitting). You can walk or drive from the property to Hengistbury Head which is a great place to take the whole family. The land train offers easy access to Mudeford sand spit, where you can enjoy the view with a cup of tea and a slice of cake, or something more substantial in one of the cafes. If adventure is more your thing, you could enjoy the spectacular views, earned with a little effort, from the top of Warren Hill. Southbourne beach is an easy walk or a short drive away where there is mile after mile of sandy beaches. The bungalow is within easy reach of Boscombe and Bournemouth beaches and centres for many high street stores and a huge variety of restaurants, attractions and bars.
