Welcome to Marlene, if you are looking for a nice convenient villa, this is your choice, enjoying of a very central location, Villa Marlene is only 5 Min. walk from Calpe center, a coast town at the Costa Blanca, that has become a major hotspot for anyone in search of long sand beaches where a large variety of bars, restaurants and shops can be found right by the coastline. Anyone looking for an adventurous time by the beach will enjoy the various water activities that are offered like scuba diving trips, kayak and pedal boat rentals and many more.

The drive offers parking for 3 cars, from which we flow towards a spacious terrace located completely on the lower level, offering a private swimming pool, sun beds, various sun patios with a built-in BBQ and a covered outdoor dining area right behind the villa. The entire accommodation is on the top level, the bottom one remains closed and empty during the renting period.

A few steps lead directly from the parking towards the upper level, where we enter a large living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD flowing into a balcony with a dining table and pleasant views of the famous Ifach rock. We follow from the lounge into a fully equipped kitchen continuing to 2 twin bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and one with two separate beds with A/C, and two double bedrooms with A/C, sharing 2 bathrooms.
