Beautiful cottage. An ideal bas to explore the Highlands.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and modern cottage, equipped with all the comforts one could need. Ann and Andrew made us feel truly at home in their lovely cottage. The surroundings are stunning and make for an ideal base to explore the Highlands. The center of Fort Augustus is easily accessible on foot, adding to the convenience. Highly recommended!

Perfect accomodation in Fort Augustus

Very modern house, lovely bathroom, nice living room where we've appreciated the chimney. The kitchen area is well equipped, you will miss nothing! Regarding the geographical position, near from the golf course you can cross to go along the caledonian channel and land to the famous gates. We've really enjoyed our stay. Ann and Andrew were alyways available when we've needed them, amazing!

Gemütliches Cottage mit allem, was man braucht

Wir sind sehr begeistert von Andrew und Annes kleinem Cottage. Es ist sehr durchdacht ausgestattet und gestaltet, sodass wir uns gleich wohl gefühlt haben. Diese Unterkunft ist für jeden geeignet, der die Ruhe mag und trotzdem verschiedene Orte Schottlands kennenlernen möchte. Ein- und Auschecken war völlig unkompliziert und zwischendurch bekamen wir das Angebot unserer Gastgeber, die Handtücher zu wechseln. Wir können es euch wärmstens empfehlen, Urlaub im Quarry House zu machen.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Das Haus wird vermietet durch ein sehr zuvorkommendes Ehepaar. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Für uns war es, was die Ausstattung betrifft, das best eingerichtete Ferienhaus in dem wir bisher waren.

Such a delightful place! This was just perfect. Charming, cosy, tastefully furnished. You can find everything you need. Andrew and Ann are really nice and thougtfull people. Little gifts on the table when We arrived (we made an awsome omelette with the fresh eggs just before leaving). Well situated, near to the lovely village of Fort Augustus and the Loch Ness… We just fell un love. Thank you! Quel merveilleux endroit! C’était juste parfait. Charmant, cosy, aménagé avec goût. Nous avons pris autant de plaisir à sejourner dans ce cottage que les propriétaires, je pense à l’aménager. Andrew et Ann sont des personnes adorables, attentionnées et soucieuses du bien être de leurs convives, tout en restant très discrets. Nous avions des petits présents à notre arrivée (nous nous sommes préparé une délicieuse omelette avec les œufs de la ferme avant de repartir!) Bien situé, cadre superbe, à 15 minutes à pied du charmant village de Fort Augustus, qui borde le Loch-Ness. Bref, Gros coup de cœur…

Cottage typique parfait!!!

Nous avons passés 3 nuits très agréables dans ce cottage tout neuf, propreté impécable, bien équipé et très bien décoré. La situation est parfaite à côté du golf pour faire de belles balades autour et pour visiter la région, châteaux, Île de Skye, Loch Ness, canyoning. Le village est bien équipé pour les courses, restos, pubs,... Merci de nous avoir accueilli avec des présents. A recommander sans hésiter !!!
