A spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom house (sleeps 5), ideally situated next to the Warwick Castle grounds in a quiet residential street. This 3 bed semi-detached property is in an ideal location for both leisure and business visitors with just a short walk into Warwick town centre, as well as easy motorway access. Fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including a large dining table, comfortable living space, wifi and Netflix. Outside garden and patio area with tables and chairs.

Warwick is Warwickshire’s county town and is steeped in history. It is well known for its magnificent Castle but it also has many other historic buildings, secret gardens and shops that make the town a superb place to visit. Visit the Market Square and it’s many atmospheric pubs and eateries. Warwick can easily be explored by foot and all the action is within walking distance of our property.
Castle Gate borders the beautiful grounds of Warwick Castle. Enjoy a drink and alfresco dining in our garden whilst listening to the concerts held in the castle grounds in the summer.

Visit neighbouring Royal Leamington Spa, with this regency towns' centre being only 3 miles away.

Nicely presented and equipped house. Suitable for my needs. Easy to walk around Warwick. Minor comments: if 4 people stayed, sitting room is smallish. Garden needs a little tidy - you can’t sit in the chairs in the sunny corner as it’s a bit overgrown! Very helpful owners, very quick to respond to queries.
