10 PINEWOOD RETREAT, family friendly, with pool in Lyme Regis

10 Pinewood Retreat is a lodge resting in Pinewood, near Lyme Regis, Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Amenities: Electric heating, electric stove. Electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge with ice box. TV in sitting room and double bedroom. Domestic electricity included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Off-road designated parking for 1 car. Enclosed decking with furniture, communal garden, indoor and outdoor communal swimming pool, children’s swing area. No pets, no vaping and no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 2.2 miles. Washing Machine and Dryer are in a separate building on site. No iron. Note: Swimming pool needs children to be supervised at all times. Note: The communal indoor swimming pool is open all year round (except for three days at Christmas) and the outdoor swimming pool has seasonal opening so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: The electricity supply for the property is not capable for charging electric vehicle, so for safety reasons we ask that you do not charge electric vehicles from the property, Alternatively, there are E.V charging points available in the Tesco and Aldi car parks in nearby Seaton. Note: WiFi is intermittently available at Pinewood Retreat but due to remote location cannot be dependable, hence no SMART TV.

Town: The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind.
