There is a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and 4 stools, a fridge/freezer, wine cooling fridge and all the other features you'd expect. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating to relax with family and friends after a long day in the harbour, with a newly installed wood burner, perfect for those cooler days and evenings, making Church Hill House a perfect haven no matter what time of year. With the dining room table located at the other end of the living room, the layout creates togetherness for any occasion. On the first floor; choose between a queen bedroom, a double bedroom with a shower en-suite and a twin bedroom, all beautifully decorated and filled with light with comfortable beds you can sink into. There are also two additional shower rooms (one with a bath). On the top floor, under the eaves with exposed beams, is a second twin bedroom. Enjoy jaw-dropping harbour and coastal views from the top terrace with a choice of garden seating to dine alfresco or simply watch those Cornish sunsets with a local tipple.

About the host
Your host
We are a family of 5, based in North Somerset. We fell in love with the Cornish Coastline, but in particular with Port Isaac, shortly after lockdown in 2020. We decided to make this picturesque fishing village a more permanent fixture in our lives by purchasing Church Hill House to ensure that we too were able to start to feel at home here. As a family we enjoy walking, surfing and pottering around. The pubs are also regularly visited by us, as well as the ice cream and sweet shop at the bottom of Church Hill!
What makes this property unique
Port Isaac is a very special place and Church Hill House used to be where the locals would congregate for a drink after church on a Sunday. We love the fact that our house hosted such gatherings on a regular basis and we like the idea of being able to provide our guests with an opportunity to gather at the house and create memories of their own.
