Apartment based in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, between the boulevard Saint-Germain and the Seine. Located on the first floor, the apartment is accessible via an inner courtyard and has a private garden.

Located near the banks of the Seine, this 100m2 apartment was redesigned by an interior designer in 2013. Accessed via a small, quiet courtyard, it is on the first floor and has a private garden.

The open-plan living area opens directly onto a large patio furnished with tables and chairs.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and the living room offers large, comfortable seating for the whole family.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed that opens onto the bathroom with shower and bathtub. Please note that this bathroom does not have a toilet. The toilet for this room is in the hallway.

The second suite has a double bed and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Both bedroom have AC with extractor from the windows.

The apartment is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, wifi and television.

Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

We offer:

a personal check-in service on arrival;
a manual with basic information about the apartment's facilities
A neighborhood guide to help you get to know the area better;
Maintenance service throughout your stay;

Cleaning at the end of your stay with organic cleaning products.
A civil liability and rental risks insurance.

A rental contract to be signed electronically will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation.

Any check-in on a Sunday, a public holiday or after 7pm is charged 50€ extra. Any check-in after 10pm will be charged an additional 75€.

The apartment is very well-located and well-equipped. And the rental group GlamaParis is very helpful, indeed. The apartment’s only flaw is the bathrooms — which both work, but are inconvenient at best.I would happily rent again from GlamaParis. But not this apartment.

Excellent location, across the river from louvre, walking distance to all museums and restaurants, didn’t use public transportation at all. Clean apart, kitchen equipped with everything you need, washer and dryer were very helpful.

Gordons at 5 Rue des Saints Peres

We could not imagine a better place to stay than this apartment! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, the layout was great and the kitchen accommodated a gourmet chef who prepared a fantastic dinner as a 70th birthday surprise. The office was very helpful as well and helped us connect with both the chef and airport pick-up. All instructions regarding the apartment were very clear. We hope to come back!
