In the well equipped open plan kitchen/diner, there is a range cooker, gas hob, electric oven, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, sink and Tassimo coffee machine are all to hand. Lounge and kitchen/diner windows bring the glorious Devon countryside, as well as valley and sea views to you while you eat and relax.

A separate utility room houses a washing machine & tumble dryer A family bathroom is equipped with WC, basin, shower and bath. Bedroom 1 is made up with a king sized bed and has the luxury of an ensuite bathroom with shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 has a King, bedroom 3 has a single and bedroom 4 has a bunkbed.

There is private parking on the driveway for three cars at the front of the property in front of the garage. Access to Lower Upover is through the front door on the side of the property. A path leading downwards from the driveway curves around to this side access. The lawned area at the front of the property is reserved for Higher Upover guests who are staying in the first floor apartment which is above Lower Upover.

A terraced area with dining seating for 7 is accessed through the front door on the side of the house or the french doors from the kitchen. A pathway from these doors leads to a patio area with BBQ which provides an outdoor space for all to enjoy whilst staying at Lower Upover. Dogs are request only and charges apply.
