D'habitude une caution est remboursée le jour du départ de l'appartement ! Pourquoi attendons nous , depuis 10 jours , le remboursement de ces 400 € ?

Nous sommes très contents que Mr et Mme Lurcel aient passé un très bon séjour dans notre appartement. Concernant la gestion financière de cette location, elle est entièrement entre les mains de Abritel. Il nous a donc été impossible de leur restituer la caution à leur départ car elle ne nous pas été versée, le loyer lui-même ne nous a été crédité que le 5 septembre, soit 12 jours après leur départ de l'appartement. Nous espérons qu' Abritel leur a reversé leur caution dans le même délai.
