One Block to Ocean and One Block to Bay in Secluded South Mission Beach. Unit is on the second floor. Stay here with us to enjoy the beach and bay away from the crowds. Restaurants, Markets, Rentals Amusement park, Indoor Pool and Health Club are within walking distance. Rentals for Bikes, Boogie Boards, Surfboards etc are extremely close. Belmont Park is only a stone throw away as well. Stay in South Mission Beach and Enjoy the perfect picturesque sunsets everyday.
The studio has hardwood and tile floors throughout, Redwood walls and closet, tile and travertine marble bathroom, some have granite countertops with bar seating and a pleather queen size couch/futon. Full kitchen with everything you need: Pots, Pans, Plates, Utensils, Glasses, Cups, Coffee Maker, Stove & Oven, Full Sized Refrigerator and Stainless Steel Appliances. Relax seated on the porch reading a book or playing a guitar taking in the luke warm and breezy air.
Extremely close to all restaurants, shops, bike rentals, surfboard rentals, para sailing, jet skis, etc.

Note: All guests will need to agree and sign the terms stated in Rules from the attached contract in the listing when they make reservation. A Confirmation Contract and Reservation Request Form will be emailed and must be completed and returned. Also we require guest(s) to show Identification when checking in. A picture can be emailed prior to arrival. Subleasing, Parties, Smoking and Pets are Prohibited. If we have received these documents we will be sending check in information when the property is ready on the day of arrival.
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please start a load of towels, top sheets, fitted sheets, pillow cases, floor mats with the provided quarters in the Washer on the west side of the building. Laundry soap is under the sink.

Our San Diego vacation was wonderful. The company who managed this property took great care of us and I would definitely recommend any property under their watch.
Location is as advertised. Awesome. The only downside is the airplane noise. If you are a light sleeper and or want to sleep in, this place might be a problem. Starting around 6:30am to 7:30 am, there are about 26 planes that fly over the property. Half of them are very loud.
Location was great! It was exactly what we were looking for, short walk to the beach, store, coffee shop and Belmont park wasn't a bad walk either. I had concerns with cleanliness based on past reviews but it wasn't bad. They rely on the guests to clean up after themselves so my only concern would be trusting someone washed dishes as well as I do LOL Bathroom was nice and clean. Floors could have been cleaned better with dust under chairs and along the walls but didn't bother us. Being a beach house, it's going to be hard to keep floors spotless anyways. Check in/out was simple and the area is quiet, clean and overall, we would stay here again!
