A Victorian coach house set in stunning grounds.. All on the Ground Floor:
Living room: Freeview TV
Kitchen/dining room: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine
Bedroom: 3 x Single (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Front patio with outdoor furniture. Rear garden with patio and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Allocated parking for 1 car. No smoking.. The Coach House is in the grounds of Protea; a stunning Victorian villa. Step from the front door into the living room and you are walking through the arch where the coach was once driven. It has original wooden beams and windows and a lot of character, but has been modernised and tastefully decorated to make the best of all the original features.
The property is in the quiet, leafy area of Chelston, with the seafront being a 10-minute walk away. Here, you can enjoy a leisurely walk along the water’s edge round to Torre Abbey Sands and the harbour.
