Located in Sonnenland, it is a 15-20 minute walk away from the famous dunes and beach of Maspalomas and the leisure area of Meloneras. It allows a relaxed stay on the best area of the city and very close from its main touristic attractions, leisure centers and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying the beach and the sun and practising sport activities during the day, and enjoying the evening with its wide restaurant offer.
The ground floor has a main living room area with an open fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a sofa-bed, a large smart TV, and a toilet. There is a wide terrace that has a porch area with outdoor dining area and outdoor kitchen area, and a sunbathing area with sunbeds.The top floor has the main bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bathroom with shower, an elevated loft area with a single bed accessed by stairs, and a balcony terrace. It is located in a quiet residential complex, with a large shared swimming pool and a separate pool and water-park for children.
The bungalow is fully equipped, including free WIFI and air conditioning. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping centers in the area. The access to the motorway is 300 away and the airport is 25 minutes away.

Schönes Haus
Schönes sauberes Haus abgelegen vom Strand 3km und 4,5km von Playa de Ingles. Wer nicht gut zu Fuss ist sollte für einen Fahrbaren Untersatz sorgen.Bushaltestelle vor der Anlage vor handen(Stündlich) aber schon mal mit Verspätungen Deutsches Fetnsehen vorhanden ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner AufenthaltSchöner Poolbereich.
