One well behaved pet welcome, sorry no cats. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Situated on the edge of a working farm, this delightful conversion has been thoughtfully planned to provide well equipped holiday accommodation incorporating many original features. Nestling on the edge of the North York Moors and only two miles from the centre of the small town of Kirkbymoorside, Elm Tree Cottage enjoys a semi rural position where pheasants and wild deer can often be seen roaming the fields. Excellent footpath walks abound direct from the door leading into the heart of the countryside.
