Thank you, Catherine, for your review of Willows House. We’re delighted to hear that you found the property pleasant, comfortable, and well located. To clarify, the twin room is advertised as having bedside tables only. The property is regularly repainted, and another refresh is scheduled soon. Unfortunately, not all guests take care when moving luggage, which can sometimes mark the paintwork. Regarding the fridge, the cupboard door was disconnected as it had previously prevented the fridge from closing properly.
