The house is exactly as pictured. It was well furnished, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The electric fireplace was cozy and warm. All 3 bedrooms are on the second floor and the stairway is steep with narrow stairs. The washer and dryer are down in the basement with other beach and outdoor equipment. The fire pit area was a nice outdoor space to relax. The neighborhood and nearby pond were lovely. The house is perfectly located to easily access other parts of Cape Cod. Louise was wonderful to communicate with: responsive, kind, and helpful.

Lovely clean home. It had a lot of room and is in a good location to town. There was a Noreaster during our stay so we didnt get to explore the cape like we had planned but the house was perfect. It would be great for an extended stay. There is a great outdoor space for grilling and hanging out.

Nice Getaway

The Cape is best in winter in my opinion and places like this are perfect to take advantage of the off-season. Everything was as advertised and we were very happy with our stay!
