Christmas time stay
Very spacious. Good location. Easy to walk to lots of attractions. Needed to go about 10 minutes walk to pick up the keys and then needed to drop back off to the office.
Property is just as advertised. Very comfortable for a family of 5. Just a half block from Wenceslas Square. Parking in the hotel garage adjacent to the building was very convenient.
This property is in an amazing location! Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance or accessible via a tram. The property was clean and we had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen needed a few more items (like a spatula for turning pancakes and a dish drying rack). But we managed. NOTE: there is no electric clothes dryer...only a drying rack. Also workable.Wr woyld return.

Czech family trip
Getting keys was not easy….property manager several km away. They did not answer their phone when we called once. Directions to enter property weren’t great, but part of that could be language barrier.
Apartment is big and has all amenities for short or long stays. The balcony is big in the front and has a good view. At night it might get loud but the doors are thick so sleeping with them shut there's no noise. One thing I noticed is that everyone is smoking in the morning and it's very stinky in the front hallway which we prevented by keeping the door shut to the rest of the apartment.
Overall an enjoyable stay, the walk from the train station took about 10 minutes which was nice. The apartment is very close to all the other sights and the river and about 20 mintues walk to Prague castle.
The apartment was spacious, well located and communications were good. It’s quite a walk from the train to the management company and then to the property with luggage in tow. The air conditioning is laughable—the units blow out as much or more hot air out the back as they do cold air from the front. Luckily there were no bugs with the windows open. The listing said washer and dryer, and later it said just washer. If there was a dryer combo, we were un able to figure it out and instructions in English would’ve been helpful.

Location was brilliant to walk around Prague but other than that it was pretty poor.
We did not receive the entrance code in advance and it was not clear that there was a walk (with suitcases) from the office to the apartment and no-one in reception on the weekend. The receptionist was very helpful in ordering airport pick ups during working hours.
The apartment was very tired and poorly equipped. There was no shower screen in the bathroom, the skimpy towels were very old and stained with bleach; there were single quilts for each double bed. The building entrance was not a place I would walk alone. Sadly disappointing!

Thank you for you review. I just check all your bad experience and here is the answer. Apartment is less than 2 years after refresh - new floors, paintings, furniture, lights, decorations, door and windows paintings, etc.
From my 22 years experience apartment must have basic (poor) equipment because you won't believe it how quickly some people can destroy our for example 2 mont's renovation.
Also towels people using for: cleaning shoes, make up, floors, etc. i am baying every 6 months 100 towels for all my apartments and still is impossible to have all 100% clean.
Building entrance - what exactly is the problem ? We have no any complains...

The penthouse flat was home for a week in September 2022, providing perfect lodging just steps from Wenceslas Square. It is fully equipped and furnished in four bedrooms, plenty of room for a family. The owners provided excellent support, both in preparation for a first visit to Praha and in enjoying the flat. Locating the flat and its keys for entry was event-free.
The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared several meals (especially breakfasts) at home. There are nice flat-screen TVs wherever you might want to watch, but I have to confess that they went completely unused in favor of enjoying the city-view balconies and tours of the city. All of the living room furniture and the beds are very comfortable. Plus, the neighborhood is quiet day and night, especially so for such a city-center location.
Good location is critical for first-time visitors to a city and this flat couldn’t have been better in that regard. Wenceslas Square, Old Town Square, the riverfront, the main rail station and several tram stops, as well as many fine restaurants are all within just a few minutes’ walk.
It is easy to give the highest rating for this penthouse flat, which we hope to enjoy again as soon as possible. Thank you very much!!

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville. Appartement spacieux et agréable. En revanche à notre arrivée l appartement était particulièrement sale. J ai rarement vu cet état dans mes expériences passées. Par ailleurs le propriétaire ne répond pas aux échanges. Accueil pour récupérer les clefs a 15 min de l appartement
Insgesamt gute Wohnung, sehr zentral. Auto kann stehen bleiben. Sehr hellhörig, Türen lassen sich sehr schwer schließen und Matratzen durchgelegen .
