The location of this house cannot be beat! Super clean and comfy house that is literally a 2 min walk to the beach. We had the best time and recommend this home.

House was perfect for what we needed. Everyone got their own room and bathroom. Very clean. Loved that there were floor fans in each closet to use. All of us are used to sleeping with the white noise from fans so it was great having them available. Location was right between the bay and the ocean and easy walks to both. Parking is tight if you have a bigger vehicle but we managed. Struggled to figure out how to get washer to start. Should be pretty simple but it wasn’t.

I just can’t believe that this day in age someone wouldn’t put in their listing that their property didn’t have air conditioning. I know now that I shouldn’t assume this but I feel that it is irresponsible for a host to not be upfront about a fact like that. The house besides that was fairly clean (some ant issues in the kitchen and bathroom). The location was great and was within walking distance of beach and many places to eat. The host did provide bikes and beach supplies which was very nice.

The house was great and provided good separation with a bedroom on each level. Everything was clean and communication with the host was excellent. The garage that fits 2 normal size cars is also great as parking in Mission Beach can be a challenge.

6 of us stayed in this home during a freak heat wave and I wish I had noticed that it does not have A/C! It's very rare that a beach home in San Diego would ever need A/C but, unfortunately, the week we visited it was a very big problem. There were fans in every room and we kept all the doors and windows open which helped but then there was traffic noise, etc . This house fit the 6 of us easily and we really appreciated the bikes, boogie boards, chairs, etc. It's a perfect location between the beach and the bay, near restaurants and bars. It's an older home that could use some TLC (carpet upstairs definitely needs to be cleaned or replaced!) but it was well-stocked and a good value for a good-sized beach house in peak summer.

We had a very nice stay for three days. A great location, garage parking in an area where that is at a premium... close to the beaches, perfect for sightseeing... we very much enjoyed our stay!

We had three couples and a 2 year old and the accommodations were perfect! Everyone had their own level and bathroom. The location was great, walked to Belmont Park one day, and Pacific Ocean pier the next. Rode bikes to dinner one night. Only complaint was the cable/wifi was intermittently going on and off on our whole stay, but otherwise would defray here again!
