Luxury Cottage, views of the Lakes with Hot Tub

A stunning, modern cottage offering breathtaking views across the Lake District’s north western fells adjacent to the Vale of Lorton. Popular Wainwright Fells such as Grasmoor, Grisedale Pike and Low Fell can be seen from our picture window and Hot Tub. You can also see the River Derwent which is just a 10minute walk away. We are just over 5 minutes drive to Cockermouth, and 20 minutes to Keswick.
In the local Village you will find pubs, shop and bakery which are a couple of minutes walk.

Our luxurious cottage is a perfect place to relax and unwind in quiet, peaceful neighborhood while soaking up the beautiful scenery, and taking advantage of our elevated Hot Tub/decking area.

Before arriving you will have received our digital guestbook including all the information you will require for your stay i.e. directions, access to the cottage, appliance instructions and hot tub use etc. Upon arrival you will enter through the main front door just off the lane straight into the porch. Down the corridor to the right is our main bedroom with a luxurious, modern feel including a smart t.v, seating area, king size bed, en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading straight out to the hot tub/decking area. Not to mention those amazing lakes views from your bedroom picture window!

To the left of the hall we have our double bedroom with that same cosy, laid back vibe including en-suite bathroom. Head upstairs to our main living area featuring a large modern open plan kitchen/living room with everything you will need during your stay, including WiFi!

By now you will have noticed those breathtaking views from which you can see anywhere upstairs. Sit back in front of our cosy fire place and enjoy what Netflix has to offer, or, simply enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine, kick back and soak up the scenery. No matter what you choose to do during your time with us, we guarantee our beautiful home away from home cottage will leave you feeling serene and stress free!
