The property is located on Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle, about a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive from Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. It is ideally situated for accessing all of West Cornwall's attractions.

Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on-site facilities such as the shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period.
Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
