BELLE-SOFIANNA, 5 bedroom chalet in the heart of town

Chalet Belle-Sofianna is perfect for large families or groups of friends.
It has four spacious double bedrooms and one single room. Each double room has plenty of cupboard space, a desk, a comfortable double bed and a beautiful view of the mountains and the town below. The single room has a single bed and an equally enchanting view.
All the bedrooms are located upstairs along with a WC and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a large bath and both bathrooms have two sinks and a shower. Each room and bathroom have a radiator to keep the rooms cosy in the winter and opening windows to stay cool in the summer.

The downstairs is a perfect space for entertaining or spending time together. There is a large mudroom with a closet for snowy boots and jackets as well as another WC with a sink and mirror. A charming office/library with a desk is available if the occasional work call is
unavoidable. The living room is spacious yet cosy with a large fireplace and plenty of comfortable couches and armchairs. The dining room is situated in the conservatory under a ceiling and walls of glass that look out to the town, the mountains, and the stars. The dining room table seats 10 comfortably and is the perfect room for holiday dinners. Additionally, there is a breakfast room between the living room and the kitchen for more casual meals. The
kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave and four-burner gas stove. Cooking in this well-equipped kitchen is a pleasure but there are also delicious restaurants a few meters away to save you from doing the dishes.

The chalet is the perfect location for experiencing St.
Gervais, taking to the slopes and hiking through the mountains any time of the year.

Being in town does not prevent the chalet from feeling private. With a long-secluded driveway and a beautiful garden, you can feel lost in the alps while being able to walk to town for dinner. The town hosts a weekly market on Thursday mornings with local produce, artisanal products, and regional delicacies. The gondola station is situated right across the bridge in town, about a 15-minute walk from the chalet.

The Chalet Belle-Sofianna is a beautiful place to spend the ski season, time with family and friends, a summer holiday or a long weekend. Between the ice skating rink, the thermal spa, and the train ride up the mountain you will never run out of things to explore.
