The apartment is independent and it has private entrance and parking.
The beach is only 4 minutes walk and restaurants and grocery shops are between 3 and 10 minutes walk.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, an induction hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, a dishwasher,
an espresso machine and a microwave, as well as all cooking pots and utensils.

In the private garden overlooking the beach you will find loungers and a sun umbrella, a water outlet, and fruit trees.

On the panoramic veranda with views of the valley and the sea, you will find a BBQ and a shaded coffee table set.

The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television with Chromecast, DVD player with DVD collection, and internet access.
It also has a workstation with screen and printer/scanner.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
In the first bedroom, you will find a kingsize bed and optional cot.
The second bedroom contains two single beds.
Both rooms are air conditioned.

The bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower, as well as a washing machine and hair dryer.

Linen and towels, including beach towels and umbrellas, are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Solanas has some of the most beautiful and crystal clear waters in the world, and the beautiful beaches of Villasimius and Costa Rei, as well as the bustling town, are only 10 min drive away.
