The two-room apartment is located in Le Mimose, in front of Piazzetta Colombo, 300 meters from the sea. Equipped with all the comforts (air conditioning - water reserve - Wi-Fi connection), close to all services bar, market, butcher, fishmonger, restaurants, ice cream parlor, laundry, shows and shops for shopping.
The house can accommodate up to 4 people, consists of a private garden, covered veranda for outdoor dining with table and chairs, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It is also equipped with washing machine, satellite TV and air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, barbecue and outdoor solar-powered shower, small back garden.

Wonderful spot in Sardinia

We loved our stay here! The unit was clean and incredibly well equipped, even having some beach toys and so on that we could borrow. We brought our 1.5 year old and they had everything we needed for her. The location is fabulous and close to a wonderful beach. The host was very kind and helpful, would definitely return!

I had planned to stay in this place by myself but my adult son joined me and everything was perfect. Great outdoor area as well. Everything you need for the house and the beach. Close to the shop and the beach. I didn’t want to leave.

Wir waren das dritte Mal in einer Ferienwohnung in Costa Rei. Aus den bisherigen Erfahrungen,( es hat immer irgendwas gefehlt, oder war nicht ganz in Ordnung), haben wir uns ausgerüstet. Das war ohne Probleme machbar, da die Anfahrt deswegen mit Auto und Fähre erfolgte. Angekommen bei Donatella, konnten wir feststellen, dass wir auch mit den Flugzeug hätten kommen können. Die Ausstattung ist so komplett, dass wir nichts vom mitgebrachten Equipment gebraucht haben. Wir haben uns zwei Tage lang denn Spaß gemacht und nach wirklich seltenst benötigten Dingen im Haushalt zu suchen. Es war alles da, bis hin zum Kinderspielzeug für den Strand und Flüssigseife im Bad. Alles in der Wohnung sauber, überall auch Dekoelemente. Wir kommen garantiert wieder und dann bequem mit dem Flugzeug. Der Weg zum Strand ist ca. 8 Minuten (600 Schritte -:) ). Direkt über den Marktplatz und am Supermarkt vorbei. Alles in und um die Wohung perfekt. Urlauber, was willst Du mehr.

Klein, aber fein!

Hervorragend ausgestattetes, gemütliches Häuschen für zwei Personen , nahe an Strand, Restaurants und Supermärkten. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Wirtin, Donatella kümmerte sich immer sofort um alles, wenn wir Fragen hatten.

Schöne saubere und zentrale Unterkunft

Schönes sauberes Häuschen, zentral und doch ruhig. Alles da, was man braucht. Es standen sogar Wasser und Kekse zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Eigentümerin war sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Das Reihenhaus ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Sonnenschirme, Strandspielzeug sind auch vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars erreicht man fußläufig. Donatella ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem schönen Ferienhäuschen! Donatella ist eine sehr liebe, eine phantastische Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Donatella war immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte und sie hat sich um ihre Gäste gesorgt. Die Lage ist auch phantastisch, der Supermarkt ist einen Katzensprung entfernt und auch zum wunderschönen Strand muss man nur ca. 5 Minuten laufen. Wir waren ohne Auto im Urlaub und kamen sehr gut zurecht. Wir lieben Sardinien und Costa Rei ist perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Wir kommen liebend gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles, liebe Donatella, es war großartig bei Dir!!!

Entspannte Ferien an der wunderbaren Costa Rei

Die Ferienwohnung von Donatella ist mit allem eingerichtet was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötig- gut eingerichtete Küche (alles neuwertig), Klimaanlage, Schlafzimmer und Ausziehcouch im Wohnbereich. Sie, hat eine wunderbare Terrasse und einen kleinen Garten. Alles in einwandfreien Zustand. In der Umgebung ist alles zu Fuss erreichbar: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sehr gute Restaurants und natürlich der wunderbare Sandstrand (5 Minuten zu Fuss). Auch der Linienbuss nach Villasimius oder Cagliari ist gut erreichbar. Donatella ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und hat uns mit allen nötigen Informationen ver- und umsorgt. Vielen Dank!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa casa ad Agosto ed è stata una vacanza perfetta , non manca veramente nulla sembra di essere a casa . E che dire della proprietaria ? Casetta a schiera pulita e ben tenuta dotata veramente di ogni confort. Vista la metratura dell'appartamento, ben esposta nell'annuncio, lo consiglierei al massimo per 2 adulti e 1 bambino in culla. Gentilissimi i padroni che ci hanno fatto trovare anche dei giochi per la bambina. Anche i vicini, gente del posto in vacanza, si sono dimostrati molto ospitali. La spiaggia più vicina é facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, 5 minuti, ma vale la pena prendere l'auto e divertirsi ogni giorno a trovarne di nuove. Ottimo il barbecue e la doccia all'aperto per le grigliate serali post mare. Per noi prerogativa imprescindibile. In paese abbiamo provato alcuni ristoranti, ma tutti molto "turistici", ottima la pizza al taglio a pochi passi scendendo. Parcheggi ce ne sono in abbondanza lungo la strada. Giusto al weekend, tornando noi tardi dal mare, abbiamo fatto fatica a trovarne uno. Ma altrimenti nessun problema e ce la lasciavamo tutta la notte fino a mattina inoltrata senza spendere un euro. Bello anche poter fare la colazione in veranda all'aria aperta anche se si é circondati da altre casette e la vista non é eccezionale. Concludendo vacanza positiva, promesse rispettate, complimenti a Donatella e famiglia per l'ottima accoglienza e un caro saluto da tutti noi.

Entspannter Urlaub an der Costa Rei

Wir haben einen sehr entspannten, erholsamen Urlaub in dem Haus von Donatella verbracht! Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen in zweiter Reihe zur Straße und ist nah zum Meer (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Der Strand ist wunderschön (weißer Sand, türkises Wasser, flacher Strand). Man hat dort sowohl einen Kiosk und eine Bar, aber auch genug Platz, um seine Ruhe zu haben. Bei uns war es am Strand manchmal recht windig. In der Nähe gibt es einige nette Restaurants, zwei kleine Supermärkte, einen Fischhändler und einen Schlachter sowie eine Tankstelle. Das Haus ist klein, aber fein. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Sogar Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme für den Strand stehen bereit. Donatella war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, hat sich toll um alles gekümmert und für uns immer ansprechbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Sven u. Nina Hamburg/Germany

Totale Relax

Appartamento curato e ben tenuto. Ottima la posizione realmente vicino al mare, ma non direttamente sulla strada, quindi anche molto silenzioso. Dotato di tutto il necessario per passare una vacanza in totale relax. Grazie ancora a Donatella, la proprietaria, che è stata davvero gentilissima!
