Backyard Pier!

Come stay at an Ocean View 2nd row town home located in North Topsail Beach. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and comfortably accommodates 9 guests with beautiful views of the ocean and sound. The beach access is just steps away. All of the bedrooms are located on the first level each with a mounted smart Roku TV. Bedrooms TV's are for steaming and main living room is for steaming and has a cable box. King bed, Queen bed and the third bedroom has one bunk bed and one twin bed. The kitchen and living room are located on the second level open concept floor plan with fantastic views of the ocean and sound.

We have an outdoor security camera for your protection and ours.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sara and Brad's place! We could have taken zero beach gear as there was plenty to choose from there and the beach access was just a short walk. We didn't utilize any of the beach carts but there were several available to use. We were happy to see that there was an outdoor shower as well. I'm going to miss the view of the sound from the back deck and dock.

The hosts were super communicative. The property was as described. We loved that we could bring our dog with us! Only recommendation would be to add a door to outdoor shower so it could be fully utilized after beach days. The beach wagon was a huge help in transporting chairs back & forth to the beach. Also loved that the kitchen had an air fryer! So nice that the bed linens and bath towels were included with the rental. Beautiful sunsets from the back deck!

We loved staying at his house. Ocean views with morning coffee and the beautiful sound out back. We love the space between the bedrooms and the communication with the owners was excellent. Would highly recommend and we would stay here again.

My family and I loved this beach house. The location is perfect! There’s a view of the ocean from the front and a beautiful view of the inlet waters from the back with a private pier for fishing and kayaking. Would absolutely stay here again.

Topsail vacation
