Retiro Place apartment in Madrid

Located on one of the most noble streets of the city, parallel to Alcalá Street, just a few steps away from iconic places in Madrid such as the well-known Alcalá Gate, El Retiro Park, Cibeles Square, or Serrano Street.



In this area, highlighted by its exclusive high-end offering, it features many of the city's most renowned restaurants and shops. Additionally, one can walk to several of Madrid's most important museums, thus enjoying its cultural heritage.



The Apartment:

This luxurious apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift, preceded by a flight of stairs.

The classic French style of the dwelling, with beautiful wooden floors, large street-facing balconies, or high coffered ceilings, has been combined with a warm decoration seeking natural materials and soft colours to create a cosy atmosphere. The apartment can accommodate 8 people distributed across 3 double bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The rooms are oriented towards interior courtyards and all have wardrobes, one of them with direct access to the hall through a glass door and privacy that has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Additionally, the apartment has another bathroom that leads to the corridor. The kitchen, at the end of the corridor, facing an interior courtyard, is fully equipped and has a round table for breakfast, with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven - microwave and other small appliances.



This apartment has WiFi, central heating and air conditioning in two of the bedrooms and in the living room. Without a doubt, staying in it will turn any stay in Madrid into an unforgettable experience. It is definitely a cosy place in an excellent area.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR in cash.

On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.
