With 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people, Es Racó is designed for comfort and relaxation. The accommodation is fully equipped and designed to make you feel at home from the very first moment.



Cool off and relax in our private saltwater pool, the ideal place to enjoy the Mallorca sun with clear mountain views. Enjoy the Mediterranean climate on the terrace and garden, which feature outdoor furniture and a barbecue for those summer dinners. The house has air conditioning and heat pump heating, ensuring a pleasant temperature in any season. Located in a quiet and family-friendly area, its central position allows easy travel to any point on the island, from beaches to the picturesque villages of the Tramuntana Mountains. Free parking is available on the street.

We had a really nice time in the house in Caimari

We had a really nice time in the house in Caimari. The location is good if your not especting much form the area that you stay in but the city does not offer much. We did go on trips from the morning and where back in the afternoon in the house to relax and enjoy the small pool. It is a perfect spot if you are looking to stay in a small local city with what comes with that.

Hemos estado muy agusto. una pena no haber aprovechado la piscina y el exterior por el mal tiempo que ha hecho. Es una casa cómoda, tranquila y espaciosa Por comentar algunas mejoras... en la cocina haría falta algo más de luz para cocinar Pese a estar bien equipada, no había papel higiénico de reserva ni leña para calentarnos y usar en la BBC. Nada grave. Si puedo volveré!

Wir waren für 6 Tage mit 6 Personen in der Unterkunft und waren sehr begeistert von dem schönen Ferienhaus. Die Zimmer und Gänge sind geräumig, und die Terrasse ist umwerfend. Es bietet alles genügend Platz, um 6 Personen ohne Probleme unterzubringen und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Küche ist für ein Ferienhaus super ausgestattet! Leider hat die Klospülung in einem der Bäder nicht funktioniert, was leider über die Woche trotz Meldung nicht repariert wurde, des Weiteren war der Wasserdruck sehr gering. Ebenso war das WLAN nur anfänglich funktionstüchtig, was wir allerdings auch nicht gemeldet haben. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr von der Unterkunft begeistert und können Sie dennoch sehr empfehlen.

Nous avons réservé cet endroit à la dernière minute après que notre logement initial ait été annulé. Tous étaient d’accord pour dire que c’était la meilleure chose qui nous soit arrivée. Emplacement calme et propre. La piscine et les espaces extérieurs étaient un plus. Caimari est un petit village où il y a peu à faire, mais ça nous convenait comme c’était tranquille et que les attraits environnants étaient facilement accessible, en voiture comme en vélo. Nous recommandons :)

La maison est super ainsi que l'équipement. Facile d'accès, calme. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de places de parking réservées (comme il est stipulé dans la description) maisl il est assez simple de se garer à moins de 2ààm du logement. La communication avec le gestionnaire avant l'arrivée sur place est assez complexe (pas de retour ni d'accusé de réception sur les mails ou chat) mais au finale, tout s'arrange.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Zuvorkommende und freundliche Vermieter. Tolles Haus, überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet (viele Handtücher, Töpfe, Gewürze etc.). Die Fotos sind sehr realistisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr schön in beschaulichem Örtchen gelegen. Traditionell, aber sauber und durchaus luxoriös. Pool und Außenbereich sehr schön und wurde viel genutzt. Parkplatz situation ist etwas schwierig. Insgesamt gerne wieder :-)
