Great location next to the Vatican

Very nice flat with an elevator and large floor plan. Very comfortable seating/TV area and the bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable.

Way better than described! The apartment is huge and extremely clean. The host is very nice and comes running when you need him. Easy walk to the Vatican and surrounded by shops and restaurants Buses and subways are right down the block

Fantastic and Spacious

The apartment is very sizable and impeccably clean. Jacobo was awesome welcoming us to Rome and showing us around the apartment. We were only here for 2 nights but found great value in the location of this building. We were able to walk nearly everywhere including the Vatican and Roman landmarks. Great cafes were nearby as well. Highly recommend!

Location perfect!

Modern, spacious, clean, quiet, and in a walkable neighborhood. We had tours plus transportation lined up for the Catacombs, but it is also convenient to the Metro Station for city sightseeing. Groceries, restaurants, cafes are easy to find and walk to with Google Maps. There is an expresso machine with pods supplied so we were appeciative the very first morning.

100% Amazing!

We had the best time! Property is amazing!! New and clean and complete with everything that you need. Jacobo the property manager is amazing!!! Very responsive and great to deal with. Location is amazing!!! Walking distance to Vatican and St Peters Square. Lots of places to eat and great market! Very close to grocery and other essentials!

PRATI near the Vatican

Wonderful apartment to stay at. The location is in a great neighborhood close to the Vatican and lots of local stores and shopping. The apartment decor has a slight modern vibe, is spacious and the bathrooms are big with nice fixtures. There were seven of us during our stay and we had no issues with space or privacy. We definitely recommend this listing and would absolutely stay there again. The host Jacopo was very nice and communicated well and accommodated us allowing us to check in a little early.

Perfect stay!

This was a 5 * accommodation. Jacopo met us at the door and stayed through all our questions. The apt is even nicer than the pics and is completely updated. Very roomy, clean, with all the amenities. The washing machine was easy to use and and put to good use. The bathrooms were roomy and lots of hot water. The location was perfect for us, right around the corner from the Vatican and 2 blocks from the metro. Many cafes in the area and very good gelato at Lab Gelato. Thanks for the great stay!

Cool and Quiet Retreat

Rome is hot….very hot. Owner has place cool and waiting for us. Situated in a bustling area where everything is walking distance including the Vatican and the Metro. So we were surprised how quiet it was inside. It is probably due to the fact that it’s on the third floor. Don’t worry, there is a lift. Roomy sleeping quarters. Things to remember: There is a tourist tax when you arrive. Also, if you are doing large amounts of cooking, plan to walk further (10 minutes ) for grocery stores that have more variety and better prices. There is no full sized oven, just the fryer you see in picture.

Girls trip to Rome

My sisters and I had been planning a trip to Rome for a long time, but finally made it happen this year. Jocapo’s apartment was the perfect stay for four of us. We did a self check in which was really easy, the apartment was beautiful and clean and comfortable. It is on the third floor, but there is a working elevator if you have heavy bags to carry. There were two bedrooms and two pullout couches that were all very comfortable. It also stayed very cool despite there being some hot days. The neighborhood was great, we felt very safe and it was very convenient because most major attractions are within walking distance, as well as quick access to the Metro and busses. Communication was great- he was very quick to respond to any of our questions. If we ever happen to make it back (we put our coins in the Trevi fountain so hopefully we will!) we would definitely stay here again!
