Located on the 4th floor of an historical building, in one of the most famous and elegant streets of Rome, just a few steps from the Trinità dei Monti in Piazza di Spagna (Spanigh Steps), this elegant and bright apartment is composed of 3 large double bedrooms, a spacious living room with convertible sofa bed, kitchenette and two bathrooms (one of which is ensuite). The apartment has free wi fi and air conditioning.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic city center, and you can walk to most of the city's sights. Just a few minutes walk from the underground train service A line Spagna.

This property was as advertised. Bedrooms all good. Many restaurants and attractions nearby. We actually walked to the Colosseum from here. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. Overall the unit was good, great location, quick walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi. A few minor improvements needed, like a squeaky door, mattress and loose door handle and had to request additional towels-which were dropped off quickly. Otherwise It was clean and suited our needs well.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it. The location was fantastic — convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. The host was very responsive, communicative, and even met us at the apartment to ensure a smooth check-in.The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, easily fitting our group of six adults and two children without feeling crowded. It was the perfect home base for our trip.This wasn’t the fault of the host, as they do not own the building, but I would be remiss not to mention that the lift was broken for the first four days of our stay. Climbing four flights of stairs was challenging, especially with my elderly mother-in-law. Once the lift was repaired, things became much easier.
