Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Communication
Communication was a little fuzzy tbf. Booked through VRBO, but the property was hosted by sykes cottages. So I had to create a second account with sykes regards making payments and such. The property it's self is perfectly situated in bambrough, 5 minutes walk from the castle. However advertised with an enclosed garden, but that is for the property downstairs. It wasn't detailed really where the enclosed garden for the property was. And having a dog it was paramount to know this information. The furniture was comfortable, how ever the Fridge and the shower in the bathroom could be updated. The fridge makes an awful loud vibrating noise and the shower isnt very hight friendly as a 6ft 4 man it was a touch uncomfortable. Very well presented overall and was a perfect base for tootling about nearby villages and places. Would recommend.
