Comfortable and fully equipped apartment with PRIVATE PARKING close to the beach. Beautiful and quiet area of the city, few meters away from metro station and bus stops. It is surrounded with supermarkets, restaurants/cafeterias, pharmacies and a shopping center with movie theater in original version.THE SPACE:This luminous and comfortable, air-conditioned apartment is situated near the beach area in Vila Olímpica neighborhood, close to Born and Ciutadella Park.

The apartment is ideal for families with children, couples or digital nomads looking for a quiet place to work at. If you come by car or you have rented one, this place is ideal as it has private parking included.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in 3 bedrooms with 2,5 bathrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 Double size bed with AC

Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) with AC

Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) with AC and a double sofa bed

*Please let me know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*

Near the area you will find the Olympic Port with many options for restaurants and leisure activities. Also in the area you will find The Ciutadella Park, considered one of the city's lungs, hosting The Barcelona Zoo and the Parliament. Great place to relax, walk or excercise outdoors.

Wonderful Stay

My wife, daughter and I spent 16 days in Barcelona with a combination work/vacation. It was the ideal location. Plenty of restaurants, close the beaches, the metro, and all the sights. We highly recommend this apartment.

Great location!

This was an amazing spot to enjoy with friends. There is a 24hr market a few steps out the front door, a delicious cafe directly under the unit and it is a short walk to the beach! 10/10

We were a family of 5 traveling from the states and this rental was PERFECT ! It offered plenty of space, laundry room, parking space, secure building and centrally located. This apartment is on the outskirts of La Rambla but as a family we walked everywhere and felt safe at all times. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Schönes uns super gelegenesAppartement mit einer Schwäche

Das Appartement ist gut geschnitten. Es hat 3 Bäder und 3 Schlafzimmer. Die Lage in der Nähe vom Strand und auch nicht weit weg vom Zentrum ist phantastisch. Der Service der Agentur war hervorragend. Was wir jedoch als extrem störend empfunden haben, ist die direkt unter dem Appartement gelegene Bäckerei mit angeschlossenem Cafe. Sie hat 7 Tage von 6 Uhr morgens bis 22 Uhr abends geöffnet. Man hört in diesem Zeitraum, den ganzen Tag Geräusche vom rumschieben der Tische und Stühle. Entweder weil sauber gemacht wird (was eigentlich ständig der Fall ist - die Chefin will es wohl so), oder weil Gäste aufstehen bzw Platz nehmen. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte es sich überlegen, dieses Appartement zu buchen. Die Geräusche fangen in der Regel schon vor der Eröffnung morgens an. Wen so etwas nicht stört, dem kann man das Appartement aufgrund der Ausstattung und Lage empfehlen. Uns hat es aber sehr gestört und daher gibt es auch 2 Sterne weniger.
