Nice property in good location but lacking some basics

We liked Nick’s property and it’s location close to Kensington Gardens. The rooms are comfortable and stylish, but the property was lacking some basics (soap, garbage bags, cooking equipment was seriously basic) which really make a stay easier and more comfortable when you are travelling. There are also a few maintenance issues that need fixing - a loose toilet seat, broken door out onto the balcony that blows in the wind etc. Just little things but when they all add up, make the property not feel as good value for money.

BEAUTIFUL NOTTINGHILL FLAT

If I could rate this a 11/10 I would. It was a perfect stay for us. We were a family of 4. After a long day of adventuring this was a perfect place to come home to relax. Ample great restaurants nearby. Guillan for coffee, portobello Italian/champions pub, farina, and a great little dessert place nearby. Close to the tube/15 min to Downtown. Walking distance to Portobello market. Soft towels, sheets and comfy beds. Easy to use kitchen equipment. I’d only be cautious of older visitors or toddlers on stairs. One step is slightly shorter than others. However, the buildings are quite old and this is normal for most London flats :) Nick was very kind and responsive. Will stay here again!

Charming and convenient

This is a lovely two bedroom one bath in a picturesque row of historic flats. Coffee shops, cafes, corner shops and an underground stop are located close by. The street is quiet without being remote. The area is walkable. The check-in process is easy, and the property manager was flexible and great with communication.

Great Location and Unbelievable host

The location and flat were exactly as advertised. Easy walk to the tube and the flat was perfect for a family of 4 (My 10 year old is still talking about the loft she slept in). The host was super helpful and responded back quickly and thoughtfully, before, during and after our stay. Would absolutely recommend the property to friends, and family. A true 5 star experience.
