Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cette maison de vacances ! Le jardin était parfait pour nos enfants et notre chien, et nous avons apprécié la cuisine bien équipée, L'emplacement est également très bon, avec un accès facile aux transports en commun pour explorer Berlin

Sehr abgewohnt und schmutzig, typische DDR Ausstattung. Kaffeemaschine total verkeimt und dreckigrs Geschirr im Schrank. Im Bad jede Menge Ohrenzwicker, sogar haben die sich in den Handtüchern gesammelt und das jeden Tag, das war schon sehr ekelig. Der Fernseher hatte nur 5 Programme und Wlan funktionierte auch nicht. Da würden wir nicht mehr hinfahren.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Vermieter. Das Häuschen ist übersichtlich, hat alles, was man benötigt, alle, in der Beschreibung angegebenen, Geräte sind vorhanden und einsatzfähig. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene plus Hund und da ist dieser Garten traumhaft. Komplett eingezäunt und nicht zu stark bepflanzt, so dass der Hund nichts kaputt machen kann. Anreise mit dem ÖPNV ist einfach und ein etwas längerer Spaziergang bringt auch alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, so dass Auto nicht zwingend benötigt wird. Herrliche Ruhe, gelegentlich fliegt ein Flugzeug zum BER vorbei, aber die Lautstärke ist im Haus kaum wahrzunehmen, im Garten kann man sich trotz allem unterhalten und die Frequenz landender Maschinen ist nicht sonderlich hoch. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gern wieder :)

Ihre Umschreibung der Wohnung ' sympathieke Villa' stimmt nicht mit dem wirklichen Zustand. Es ist eine verältete, verschmutze Unterkunft mit mehrere Mängel:Mülltonnen voll, abschließen Hintertür war muhsam, es fehlten Ķüchenausstattung, Jalousieën kaputt/auf den Boden, Hundehaare auf den Möbel. Beim duschen drehte der zu schwere Duschkopf sich zur Wand. Die Ecken der Boden und das Sanitär waren sehr verschmutzt. Nachdem wir der Besitzer darüber kontaktiert hatten hat er das wichtigste dieser Mängel aufgelöst. Jerzt warten wir noch auf das versprochene kleine Geldbetrag. Positiv war die Terrasse und die Betten waren ok.

War ein schönes, einfaches kleines Haus mit einem schönen großen Garten mit großen bomen.Dat groß mit den Hunden war. und die großen Bäume gaben Schatten, die nötig waren, weil wir heißes Wetter hatten.
