Exclusive 3BD apartment near Cathedral. San Agustin VI
Fabulous apartment in the historic center of Malaga, in front of the Cathedral of the Incarnation. It belongs to a large building completely renovated with luxurious qualities.
Entering the apartment on the left we find a large kitchen equipped with everything necessary for our stay and a high table with two stools where you can enjoy breakfast.
To the right is the double-height living-dining room with two sofas, a side table, Smart TV, a dining table with capacity for up to six people and two balconies with views of the Cathedral that bring a lot of light to the apartment.
Next to the living room is the first bedroom that has a balcony with views of the Cathedral, a 150 x 200 cm double bed, a wardrobe and a complete en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
Going down the three steps we find a toilet on the right and in front of these the corridor where the other rooms of the apartment are distributed. Entering through this corridor, to the right there is a complete bathroom with a shower. To the left is the second bedroom with a large window, a 150 x 200 cm double bed and a wardrobe. At the end of the corridor is the third bedroom with a 150 x 200 cm double bed, chair, wardrobe and full en-suite bathroom with shower.
Located in an unbeatable location, in the heart of Malaga, next to the Cathedral, the Revello de Toro Museum, the mythical church of San Agustín, the Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba and the Roman Theatre.

***Please be aware that the street where our apartment is located has limited access and is pedestrian-only. Only taxis are allowed to access. This means you will not be able to reach the apartment door with your own vehicle. We recommend planning your transportation accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.
