Karensa is a well located 3 bedroom property nestled in a quiet street in the thriving fishing village of Newlyn. Famous for art and fishing Newlyn is a great base for exploring the surrounding areas such as St Ives,Penzance and Lands End. Within a two minute stroll from Karensa there are several eateries including a pizzeria,sea food cafe and an acclaimed ice cream shop. The village also boasts a cinema,art gallery, harbour and a pebble beach . Offering everything you will need for a comfortable stay,Karensa has 3 bedrooms .Two double bedrooms and the third with bunk beds . With a fully equiped kitchen and a log burner for those cosy winter evenings ,the property has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It also has central heating ,Internet,Netflix and an Alexa. There is on street parking and a small courtyard .
Having both grown up in Newlyn my husband and myself love having Karensa as a bolthole to visit to show our children all the wonderful adventures that Cornwall has to offer.
