A good place to relax in the autumn sun.

The villa is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The pool will be a pleasant addition to the entertainment, especially for children. There are many beaches around with soft sand and crystal clear water. The shops are not within walking distance, but a few minutes away by car. Getting to and from the beaches, someone will be able to enjoy breathtaking views at almost every serpentine turn. What is described on the villa's advertising page is corresponding to the realty.

EXCELLENT TRIP

This is a 1 bedroom apartment, bed/bath/kitchen come lounge with a private swimming pool and deck overlooking the sea out on the horizon. Private parking with electric gate. Supermarket, fishmonger and restaurant 5 minutes away, about 15 minutes drive from Villasimius. 5 minute walk to a reasonable beach, 5 minute drive to a very good beach nr supermarket. Great place, perfect for relaxing and chilling out and about 40 minutes from Cagliari. Loved our stay. Vey nice host, very attentive and good communicator and personally met us on arrival in spite of 8.30pm arrival.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr gepflegte Anlager wir waren in der Villa A, die eine sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer hat, ca. 3 Min. zu Fuß. Der Pool war super sauber und gepflegt, aber etwas kalt, dennoch haben wir ihn genutzt. Die Außendusche ist hervorragend. Massimiliano ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, er hat uns rundum sehr gut Versorgt und betreut. Wir können die Villa guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Wir waren in Objekt A (tolle Aussicht mit Blick aufs Meer). Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Massimiliano ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber und hat zusätzlich an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht (z.B. Spülmaschinentaps, Waschmittel, Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine…) Er war bei jedem Kontakt sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Très belle villa

Très belle petite villa avec un emplacement idéal proche de la mer (quelques minutes à pied) et une très belle vue. Villa très bien équipé. Massimiliano a été très arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivée et très réactif.
