Luxury, Modern Villas with private pool & garden in Coral Bay area

The Mariandy 1 is an impressive villa, standing in its own spacious grounds with views across a local banana plantation and nearby cornfields.

Sharing a driveway with neighbouring Villa Mariandy 2, the villa is about 10 minutes walk from the Blue Flag sands at Coral Bay, with the resort's shops, bars and restaurants just a little further away. Paved in pale sandstone to complement the villa itself, the poolside terrace is overlooked by another shaded terrace to one side of the house.

Doors lead into two large lounge, with a 32” LCD TV ,Digital channels (over 50 channels, covering sports, premier league, discovery etc) a DVD player and wi-fi. An open-plan kitchen/diner and a shower room completes the ground-floor layout.

Upstairs, the four bedrooms all look out over the surrounding countryside and open onto one of the two large balconies either side of the villa. One of the double rooms has its own en-suite shower room, whilst the other bedrooms share a bathroom.

Lovely Villa in Coral Bay

A beautiful large Villa close to Coral Bay and it's gorgeous beach and resort. The private pool at the Villa was a fantastic area to relax and cool off from the sun. All of the rooms in the Villa were large and well furnished and the beds were very comfortable.

A beautiful villa very private and loads of room, beautiful sunset every night from bedroom balcony , air conditioning fabulous and really needed , our only minor issue was the shower units more so for villa owners as could not help getting floors wet when showering but overall 10 out of 10

Lovely half term break

Sometimes you see the pictures and hope that it is the same, with this Villa you do not have to worry as it is better than the photos. My family (wife and 2 adult children) had a great week here. From the moment we booked we have had a great service, as we arrived we knew we were going to have a great time. Electric gates open onto a shared driveway (The second Villa) therefore passing traffic whether foot or vehicle is far away to be as not a problem. The pool was in direct sunlight the whole day, plently on umbrellas though for shade. Had some lovely meals from the BBQ outside on the small terrace. All in all it was a great week, sad to have had to leave. Thanks Theo

Mariandy 1 villa

Myself and my family had a two week holiday at this villa. All of us had an amazing time and found the villa perfect both for location, size and amenities, we had no complaints whatsoever. The owner of the villa and his family were exceptional in making us feel welcome and the avenue of communication was second to none. We would not hesitate to visit Coral Bay again and stay at this villa.

Not all the pics are accurate of this property, it is very worn villa now and there are lots of ants. The pool will need to be debugged several times a day. WiFi didn’t work.

We stayed in Villa 1 whilst our friends stayed in Villa 2. Both families had a great stay and the villas came with everything you should need. We loved the fact that we were in our own private area. Will definitely visit again!

Vi har trivts utmärkt. Både vuxna och barn. Vi saknade några fler tallrikar o glas. Det var lite många kackerlackor. Vi rekommenderar restaurang Arabis och deras trevliga personal. Atlantis turtelwatch från Pafos var en fantastisk upplevelse. Vi hade tyckt det varit bra att fått ett sms med kod till grind o dörr innan ankomst. Vi rekommenderar boendet.

Villa is very spacious. Car port was ideal, it kept the car cool during the day. Some bars and restaurants within walking distance. Gated villas so only the guests coming and going. Pool very welcoming with steps at both ends. Would definitely recommend this villa.

The villa is a lot more nicer in person than what the photos show. Very good size and modern throughout. The villa is easy to find, is behind a key coded electric gate. Within walking distance to Coral Bay and approx. A 15 minute drive to Kato Pafos (€25 Taxi).

Little gem

Owners very responsive. On arrival there was bottled water, a loaf of bread, butter, jam & milk also some coffee sachets which was a nice touch. We were a group of two couples & three teenagers but there was plenty of room for us to have our own bit of space. There is everything you need for a self catering holiday. Pool area is fantastic. About 10/15 minute walk to beach & main strip. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to Cyprus.

Beautiful villa

We stayed in Mariandy 1 in July 17 for 2 weeks.. 4 adults and 3 children this villa had everything you need for self catering.. not far from the coral bay town about 10 min walk, same length of time to the supermarket. About 10 mins to the beach in the opposite direction. Plenty of buses to take you in to the main town of Paphos and to the shopping mall. Villa was very clean and up to date any questions we had the owner came out to see you or were just a phone call away. What I will say is hire a car, yes everything is within walking distance but with 3 children and in the heat of July a 10 min walk feels like an hour walk. The bus stop into the main town of Paphos is about 10 min walk away so having a car would just make life easier. Will be booking this villa in the future had a wonderful time in Cyprus.

Again - Great Villa

Returning to Mariandy 1 Villa from last year still a very good choice, clean and spacious kitchen very well equipped for self-catering. Adults only recommended due to stairs. The local handy supermarket Phillipos scored highly again stocks tremendous. Hire a big S.U.V. as of the beaten tracks too hard for saloon cars.Adonis waterfalls a must although make sure you take the first right from main Paphos road- other road a nightmare.Kyykos Monastery take the scenic route to see majestic Green Valley, i.e. not via the motorway to Limassol. Avakas Gorge another must although take care on approach track. Motorways and main roads excellent. Weather disappointing although did not stop our party exploring this lovely island and it's many attractions. Farewell Cyprus - been 4 times now! getting too old for the long flight time.

Amazing villa

My family and I visited Cyprus for a family wedding. We stayed in mariandy 1. The villa was perfect, loads of space and beautiful grounds. Roughly a 10 minute walk to coral bay where you can find a good mix of bars and restaurants. The villa is easy to find and very secure. Had a few maintenance issues that where rectified straight away. Some of the people we travelled with have already booked their stay for next year. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be return guests to this villa.

Needing updating

Not suitable for families with young children due to slippy floors.we put towels down after my niece fell,owners were rude about this but didnt offer any solutions. Ac unit outside was leaking but not fixed making it more dangerous.a/c unit broke twice.1st time owner blamed us but engineer changed a gas canister 2nd time reported wasn't fixed and no fan supplied. No power in showers.not enough sockets in villa. Pool wasn't cleaned properly,lots of dead bugs at bottom of pool and signs on ground coming off causing my sister to cut her foot.Parasol broke in very light wind,a metal pole falling off just missing my son. reported to owner said it was our fault.we were spoken to rudely when using a hose to clean the car and told to turn it off.we were told off for using the pool lights at night,said we made too much noise the night we arrived(Was simply young children being excited). house needs updating as things were breaking often.could have been better,the attitude of the owners was terrible.we were a normal family of all ages looking to have a child friendly holiday. We have stayed in many villas and never been harassed during our stay like that.

We appreciate your feedback but we are really disappointed from your review, after all this effort we have done to ensure that you would enjoy your stay here. As a family business we warmly welcome all of our guests and our aim is to give as much as attention to them in any issue that may occur. We always try to find the best solutions in any problem that might affect their holidays. We are having trouble understanding how non suitable was your stay in our villa, since we never had any complaints from families, through these years we have been involved. Please find below our comments on your points: 1. You have never commented to us that the floor was slippery. We would suggest immediately a solution by pacing a specific carpet for this situation. However the bed covers and towels on the floor are not a solution and disrespectful for causing us damages to our property. 2. As soon as you have told us that the ac unit was not functioning the same day we have send a technician to check it and commented that it has just switched off on it s own because you had operated it for many days nonstop. Afterwards it was working properly. 3. Oddly enough you comment for the pool because it is always in a very good condition and it is our policy to be cleaned three times a week. 4. We remember that you had a motorcycle and not a car but we never told not to clean it. You were able to clean it whenever you wanted without asking us. 5. The noises you were causing during night have bothered the neighbors, the least we could do is to ask you politely to be quite. 6. You have never advised us that the parasol was broken and your sister cut her foot. Maybe this had broken during your stay. Best Regards Theo
