AMPIAMENTE SODDISFATTI

Pienamente soddisfatti della scelta fatta. Appartamento in linea con la descrizione (moderno, ben arredato e pieno degli optional necessari x una famiglia). Essendo settembre non abbiamo dovuto accendere aria e la doppia esposizione permette ottimo ricircolo aria Location in via torino non si discute ed essendo al terzo piano con la maggior parte dell'esposizione vs interno poca percezione di rumore Pulito, bene procedure insomma lo consigliamo Piccole note molto personali: in generale preferiamo affitto full optional e non con conti luce, acqua , gas separati che ci appaiono un po fuori luogo (forse unico rischio che qualcuno lasci aria accesa tutto il giorno?) Ottima le presenza wifi, poche info sul tipo di convenzione con i bagni (cosa vuol dire)? Lo consigliamo

Gentile Marco, la ringraziamo molto per la sua recensione e siamo molto contenti che vi siate trovati bene! Teniamo le spese per le utenze a parte sia per una questione contabile, visto che sono già ampiamente tassate ... sia per limitarne i consumi. i nostri appartamenti sono grandi e possono ospitare fino a 7 persone abbiamo quindi optato per questa soluzione invece di far pagare l'ospite in più o una quota a persona o aggiungere le spese di pulizia come fanno molti altri. in stagioni 'normali' la convenzione con le spiagge prevede uno sconto dedicato ai nostri ospiti ma in quest'anno particolare in cui c'era carenza di posti in spiaggia i titolari degli stabilimenti balneari convenzionati hanno cercato di trovare tutti i posti necessari ai nostri ospiti. detto ciò speriamo di riavervi nuovamente nostri ospiti e vi ricordo che potete contattarci per delucidazioni in ogni momento. saluti tamara

Sehr schöne Wohnung an guter Lage, mitten im Zentrum von Alassio. Am Abend und in der Nacht war der Lärm von der Strasse sehr gut hörbar. Nach dem schliessen der Fenster aber kaum noch. Auch das Auto war mit Hilfe der Vermieterin prima versorgt.

Appartamento luminoso e funzionale, a due passi dal "budello" e dal mare

Ubicato in palazzo d'epoca, in area pedonale, arredato con gusto e raffinatezza. Proprietà molto accogliente ed attenta alle richieste degli ospiti: cercavamo un posto auto per la ns. vettura per il periodo di soggiorno ed hanno fatto da tramite per poterlo ottenere. Ottima flessibilità su orario del check-out, il giorno della partenza. Apprezzata la disponibilità anche per il ns. amico a 4 zampe al seguito, condizione non sempre scontata nella ricerca di casa per le vacanze.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Alassio

Owners very prompt in communication and very nice too. Air condition works very well. Absolutely everything you need for vacation apartment. Many restaurants within a block and grocery store only steps away. High quality finishings in apartment. Wouldn't change a thing.

vacanza Alassio 2016

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 settimane, le ultime di giugno 2016, presso l'appartamento 6. Ci siamo trovati molto bene: l'appartamento e' stato completamente ristrutturato da pochi anni e presenta tutti i confort necessari per trascorrere la vacanza. La cucina e' super accessoriata, aria condizionata in ognio locale, due bagni, lavatrice e la proprietaria ' sempre stata disponibile e attente alle nostre richieste. Inoltre gli appartamenti sono situati in via Torino, la parte della via pedonale, quindi molto molto bello scendere la sera e godere dei servizi delle gelaterie anche seduti sulle varie panchine della via. Vicinissimo si trovano infatti bar, gelateria, panetteria, macelleria, pescheria, e il supermercato apertro 24 ore su 24. Il mare e' a 100 / 200 mt .. Insomma tutto molto positivo. Unica pecca che mi permetto di segnalare sono i balconi che non sono a norma e quindi con le ringhiere molto molto basse e PERICOLOSISSIMI per eventuali bambini. Dovrebbero davvero mettere a norma i balconi: io ho dovuto tenere sempre sempre sempre le finestre chiuse per via di questo disagio. PAOLA

Siamo lieti che vi siate trovati bene e che i nostri sforzi vengano riconosciuti. Per quanto riguarda le ringhiere dei terrazzi dell' int 6 effettivamente sono un pò più basse della norma ed il solo alzarle di 15cm non risolverebbe il problema perchè un bambino non sorvegliato si potrebbe comunque arrampicare su una di esse oppure salire sulle sedie e sporgersi. Le abbiamo mantenute per rispetto della facciata storica e in 120 anni in nessuno degli appartamenti del palazzo si sono verificati incidenti. Se volete tenerci presenti per le vostre future vacanze potete optare per un qualsiasi altro appartamento perchè tutti gli altri, che affittiamo come casa vacanze, sono dotati di ringhiere nuove con bacchette verticali e altezza adeguata. grazie tamara
