This property was built in 1934 by my great grandfather and it's been in our family ever since. I'm a friendly Canadian who was born in UK and lives in Switzerland. My husband Franklyn and I have two beautiful daughters, a long-hair dachshund named Indigo and a tortoise called Arthur. I'm the third generation of our family caretaking this property, and we are thrilled to offer the Witney Hideaway to guests who will love it as much as we do.

The Witney Hideaway is located in an historic part of Witney, and it's the perfect location for exploring the Oxford and Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Within 2 minutes walk of the front blue door you can catch a bus to go into Oxford or London for the day, or you can head into the Cotswolds by car, bus or taxi. There are restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance so everything is really easy to get to. If you’re a foodie or just love to cook then you’ll love our kitchen! High-end Boesch appliances, Nespresso milk frother, spices and condiments, good quality cooking pans, etc. Everything you need to cook up a storm!
