Son Parc is one of the best tourist areas on the island. It has all the services and entertainment. Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shops, bike rental, pharmacy, public transport, etc. It also has a magnificent golf course that also has a restaurant and tennis courts. As for the beach, its length is more than 200 meters of fine sand, and its crystalline and shallow waters make it ideal for families with small children. Just 9km from the coastal town of Fornells, where you can practice all kinds of water sports or rent boats in addition to tasting their famous lobster stews.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.
Please note that some of the furnishings, decoration or elements such as flooring or tiles may be replaced each season to enhance the guest experience without altering the functionality of the villa. Please make yourself at home and treat the house as if it’s your own.

Fantastic location close to the beach and 20 minutes driving to any site to visit or shopping.
The house offers everything needed for a one week holiday.

Maison agréable et correctement équipée, mais les équipements sont un peu anciens.
Le quartier est en hauteur par rapport à la mer et est composé uniquement de maisons individuelles, sans commerces ni restaurants,
Points positifs :
- Location et communication facile avec les gérants.
- Propreté : parfait ! passage femmes de ménage 2 fois par semaine et nettoyage piscine 2 à 3 fois par semaine.
- situation géographique idéale pour explorer l'ile
Bémols :
- literie trop vétuste (les ressorts du matelas pointaient sous une couche d'accueil inexistante !)
- lave linge en fin de carrière (sur 3 pieds, obligé de le bloquer avec une cale pour éviter qu'il se balade dans la cuisine)
La maison est agréable à vivre avec un petit jardin au calme. La maison est dans une impasse... il y passe rarement des voitures, le quartier est très ombragé, il vit beaucoup d'oiseaux dans les arbres ! Ca été un réel plaisir de séjourner dans cette maison. Nous la recommandons chaudement !!!
